On another note, I'd like to dedicate this #tbt to Miss Drunell Thomas. In 1963, Miss Thomas was the first African American female to successfully complete the process of integration into Valdosta State's classrooms. Along with a young Robert Pierce, Miss Thomas paved the way for all of us here to gather education on a collegiate level without discrimination on a surface level (I digress).
