I was a fashion makeup artist before transitioning. I worked in a salon so I always had a face full of makeup. Image was so important in my line of work, so I tried my best to fit the mold of what was needed in order to succeed in that industry.You can change your life! Choose to live authentically. On the outside I was a pretty girl, feminine, and happy…but who I am today is a genuine reflection of the spirit and soul that resides in this shell. Man judges the flesh but God looks at the HEART! People have judged my transition harshly because I was always so feminine. But look at me now guys! I had NO masculine qualities but never identified with the young woman you see in the first picture. We all have our own transition stories. Not all of us were lesbians, or butch women, or masculine or two-spirited individuals. Some of us were just women who were told who we were going to be, but made the choice to live as the person they knew God had intended them to be. Cheers!
