Them being in a blackrom seems fitting, yes! I'd love that actually. Since the newer update showed them bickering Del'fi, and eachother then ultimately being tied up together because of it, there is more content of the pair and I am here for it.
I think that Jake never really got into troll romance nor got the overall grasp of it so he doesn't really understand much of the relationships other than what he had with Dirk (Love my DirkJake™ but let's not mention that guy). Karkat would develop black feelings for Jake, he does too but not the black type since he's probably too dumb for that. He'll just realize that maybe he is developing feelings for Karkat but is confused about the quadrant thing because to him this is just romance.

Hey, I think these three would be an interesting group project.
They could be in an auspistisism relationship, having Dave be the one separating the two from forming a kismesistude. Karkat hate-loving Jake. While Jake is just completely oblivious to the idea of dating someone but also having to hate them. He doesn't hate Karkat. His excuse will be that he dislikes some things about him but that doesn't mean he hates him, and that's completely reasonable.
But I think it's obvious that they're making the three involved in that three way triad satyr relationship, whatever they're called. The concept of it is still new to me but I think it's easy to understand the basics of it. Most likely Jake being the beta, Karkat being the omega, and Dave maybe being the alpha? I'm not sure, maybe Dave is also a beta or omega. Alpha doesn't really sit right with me for any of them.
Or maybe I'm just getting a little too carried away and it's not really relating to JakeKat anymore, isn't it.
But that's all on my mind about these two! I think they're a great pair and I can't wait to see more of them in the Meat timeline. God, I love Beyond Canon more than anything. #NeedMoreOfThat 💘
