i always think its so wacky that picasso was drawing near lifelike portraits at age 15 and think “wow, thats so crazy. thats a once in a century kind of talent huh” and i never really thought i’d see that kind of kid in my lifetime. but this kid is past where picasso was and hes 4 years ahead of the curve no less.

im really interested to see where this kid goes. this is genuinely incredible. i was thinking about saying “this is so cool” or “this kid is a genius” or something but i feel like thatd be doing him a disservice. this kid is history in the making.

I love how fashionable Alphonse is. boy was dressed to the nines constantly after getting his body back. is there any official art of him in anything casual post promised day? hell no, if it doesn’t have a collar and waist coat, Alphonse Elric isn’t going to be seen in it. as opposed to ed, whose post-promised day closet seems to only switch between “comfortable and lazy” or “hohenheim”

this boy was probably just dreaming of the day he could wear clothes again. he’s from this small country town and you know when he went to Central and East City he got exposed to all these new fashion trends and brands and styles and he was absolutely taking notes for when he could finally wear clothes again especially from ed. he was taking notes on what NOT to wear from ed

i mean throughout the series Al likes looking good. even when he’s armor he takes care to style his “hair” and keep his loincloth clean and he gets distraught when he looks bad or when his armor’s scratched and unpolished. he gets so upset when his “hair” is ruined. the boy likes LOOKING GOOD. the minute he was allowed to change out of a hospital gown he probably begged Ed to go buy him some nice clothes. “why can’t you just wear some of mine-” “pLEASE brother” “okay, fine, geez, whatever”

Fma headcanon

Seeing as human emotions are controlled by chemicals flowing to the brain I had an idea for the end of fmab:

when Al gets his body back, he has super huge mood swings for a while. Everything is making him cry cause he’s not used to all the chemicals rushing through his system.

Ed is constantly trying to make his brother happy when he gets his body back but he just keeps sobbing cause he’s happy and ed has no idea what to do.

Al bawling as he holds a kitten, being able to feel it again for the first time in years…

Ed: why are you crying now?!?! I thought you loved cats!!

Al: *sniffle hic* s-so soft n…n *hic* w-arm *sob* it’s purring ed and it has a tiny H-H-H-HEART BE-E-EAT!!! *bawls harder*
