I just think that he should let azzi be on ball consistently even if she’s not getting shots to start having her on ball changes things. This gimmick of no touches then wanting her to score in the 3rd and 4th isn’t fair imo

They’ve been doing this shit since the Lynx game actually! Let her go cold and decided to hand her the ball when the game was on the line and the chance to get back in was long gone…

Fire game: she got them started and made plays when the ball was in her hand. They started bullshitting and then suddenly knew how to find her and then fucked up what would’ve been a generational clutch performance

Valks game: suddenly they could find her in the fourth and again… she got them within a comfortable space to take the lead and they fucked that up too

She won’t be a 1-2 option until the game on the line and they need a scoring run… because in the game against the Valks and last night she went on a 5 pt scoring run b2b and they won’t pass it back to her after. Same thing during the Aces game but that was a blowout
