should I start a 10 day fast?

hi guys im back bc im getting chubby again and I need some sort of place to ground me so I dont overeat tomorrow as im going drinking 😭

just broke my fast (24h after a long time of no fasting) with a savoury yoghurt bowl just to restart it right after. This fast wont last as im going drinking with friends :-(

Plan for today because i had the worst binge in a really long time (tw alcohol)

Large cup of hot lemon water

Peppermint tea

All the meds to soothe the IBS flare up

Get rid of the wine and the rest of the vodka

Low-fodmap foods until Tuesday Wednesday at least.

Day 2. Yesterday i had an omad so I didnt really complete my fast but i did fast for 15 hour prior to the meal so ig that was better than nothing –

I am currently on my first work out, finishing it off slowly. My calorie limit is pretty low today and im going out with some friends so we will see how that goes. I will obviously try to keep it below 1k even better if below 750
