I am very bad with words but I hope it’s decent description

She hails from a specific royal army of battle harpies or something like that. But unfortunately, a terrible disease once attacked her race and... everyone died except her! because she's mutated and because of that, she has one wing and her face is covered with permanent armor (she is not pretty underneath). Now, without effective protection, there's no kingdom nor her kin, so she grew up without manners or education. Sometimes people pass by, and she's very curious about them, but they're afraid of her (rightfully so, she can be deliberately cruel). she is very lonely and it affects her brain badly

I'd like you to think that she's one of those characters who are almost omnipotent in the context of their world, but it's unclear whether they're evil or good because they're too crazy not to show mercy or kill someone if they find them boring at a random moment haha
