"Man, you guys really are no fun.
I guess I should start showing my face around here again ~."
Mm, what a gorgeous day. The weather wasn’t showing any particular sides of discomfort. There was a nice chilled breeze to go along with a bright sun. It seemed like a good day to teach today. After having just been dropped off to this school to act as a new teacher, the thought to be dead Irisviel Von Einzbern, reborn through recreation, would step upon the grassy fields of the school. A small smile on her face, she wondered what the day would have to offer. Although, turning her head to see—herself? No.. that was impossible. But this girl had her face, eye color and hair color. Undoubtedly, she was an Einzbern. But why was she referring to her as her.. mother? Maybe it was just a mere coincidence.
“Um.. little girl, are you lost? Do you need someone to guide you?” Maybe she resembled her mother, hence the confusion. Although she wondered why such a young girl would be all by herself on a school campus building like this. That was odd.. nontheless, even though she wasn’t her mother, it was still in her right being to help a child in need, right? She’d smile, extending a hand towards her.
“That’s fine, though. I’ll help you find your mother. But.. what’s your name? I can’t call you little girl the entire time, now can I?”
She was shocked into silence.
Her own mother didn't even remember who she was. They had the same physical appearance, did they not? Her mother wasn't stupid even if she was a bit childish. No, something happened. What had the Einzberns done to her mother? Illya didn't speak for some time now, for her glance had mostly been on her shoes.
Finally, she managed to snap out of the trance she was in, answering the woman. She took a step back, not even grasping onto her mother's hand.
"... Illyasviel von Einzbern. I'm not lost... I'm not lost... I'm..." The tears were forming in her eyes and she looked away, not wanting to make eye contact with her.

Cute girl. Masamune listened carefully to her aspirations, noting that there was a time when he felt very much the same. As a child, being spoiled felt like the greatest thing in the world. But there was a point when you had to grow up, and Masamune didn’t like being treated as a damn kid. He may have had a few bratty tendencies, but he thought of himself as a pretty damn responsible adult. At least, where it counted. “Hey, I take you plenty seriously. That means you’re on the right track.”
“Off the top of my head, [English.]” Masamune rubbed his chin, trying to remember what other courses he’d been registered under. “Oh yeah, and religious studies and philosophy— home ec is pretty fun.”
"Eh?! Really?!" She was surprised. This may have been the first guy to actually treat her like some kind of an adult. The other guys she talked to treated her so delicately. If only they knew what she was really capable of, then maybe they would. But she didn't want to waste magic on making people listen to her or anything like that.
"Home ec? You don't seem like the type of guy to take Home Ec..." He seemed like the total opposite really. "What do you do there anyway?"

‘A lot’ would be a bit of an understatement. Whenever Reimu hosted a feast at her shrine, at least 100 people attended. But most of them were youkai, and most of them only came for the free food and booze. Actually, all of them only came for the free food and booze.
“I know a lot of people, but I wouldn’t really call them ‘friends’. Most come over during festivals for the alcohol. There’s a few who come over more often, but usually just to mooch off of me. I guess you could call those ones my friends. There are only about 4 or 5 of ‘em though.”
Friendship wasn’t something Reimu ever cared about. Plus, she definitely didn’t want to be associated with a kleptomanic witch, a pretentious vampire, a drunk oni, a stuck up shrine maiden, and a lazy old hag. Especially not here.
"So you know a lot of drunkards?" Well, at least it wasn't something worse. Still, it was pretty bad and Illya felt sorry that the girl didn't have any real friends, other than a good four or five as she mentioned. Ah well, she bet that she wouldn't have such a hard time making friends.
"Making friends isn't really that hard you know. I'm sure you'll make some here..." Speaking of which.
"I wonder where the Occult Studies room is..."
The Sentinel
Kiritsugu always thought about his daughter.
Not one day passed during the 4th Holy Grail war where he didn’t think about coming back to her after all was said and done. Yes, even after all the hell he and his wife went through during the war, he still had, in the back of his mind a naive thought of it ending all happily ever after. Him destroying the cup once and for all, Iri alive and well living happily with their daughter, Ilya. But it was not meant to be. Fate had other plans for them.
After his failure in destroying the cup, the magus killer nearly lost himself. He thought he’d save everyone after sacrificing so much but in the end he only caused more grief, sorrow and destruction for hundreds of families. He was broken at the time but was saved by a boy who had someone clinged to life after the disastrous consequence of his actions.
The man smiled. He owed a lot to that young boy, now his adopted son. But he had to leave him at Fuyuki at the meantime and he knew the boy was old enough to understand why. Kiritsugu had to see his daughter. He wanted to hold her again with his very own arms once more.
“… Daddy?”
He turned to the source of the voice, and he couldn’t believe his eyes. It was as if time stood still, and Kiritsugu was entranced with magic. There she was, right in front of him. She had her mother’s face. He felt his knees buckle, the man collapsed on them as he tried to form words from his throat.
“Ilya? Is that… really you?”
Fate, indeed, had other plans for them.
She knew it was impossible to wish for her mother to be alive and happily living with Illya and Kiritsugu. This was the fate of the Einzbern Homuculus - a fate that can't seem to change no matter what. In this addition of the Holy Grail War, she would be used as the Grail once more and then she would probably die. To think that this would be the last place she sees before that time came.
At least she would be able to see her father one last time before her clock reached a complete zero.
She watched her father drop to his knees as she rushed over to him. She wanted to throw her arms around him but something was stopping her. The young girl fell silent and felt herself nod at his question.
"Ye... Yeah. It's me."
Another silence between them as she held the tears back. However, she accidentally let a few words slip out of her mouth idly.
"You didn't come back."
The Sentinel
A fancy name but really, he was only to be guard of a prestigious academy located somewhere here in Japan and quite a few ways away from Fuyutsuki City. What had caused this infamous Magus to suddenly decide on getting a somewhat meager job within an academy, and had to leave his adopted son for it? Weeks prior, Kiritsugu received an anonymous tip that the Einzberns had moved his daughter, Ilya, into the academy. Since the events that took place years ago during the 4th Holy Grail War, Kiritsugu was banned from the Einzbern castle after he attempted to destroy the omniscient cup. The cost in doing so was too great, and in the end his effort to cleanse the world of “evil” only ended up unleashing it.
But that was the past.
Now with an opportunity to meet and reunite with his daughter after nearly a decade of being separated from her, the veteran magus simply wouldn’t let the chance slide. Not his past with the grail, not his illness from the grail’s mud and certainly not the Einzberns themselves. Their word won’t be enough to stop him from finally seeing Ilya.
For that reason, Kiritsugu became a “security guard” for the academy. From his cab, Kiritsugu stood just outside the school’s gates, his imposing but aged figure distinct amongst the hustle and bustle of the school. He took a step forward, dropping his bag to one side(it making an audible thud along with some suspicious clunking noises) before whipping out a box of his favorite brand of cigarette, and lighting himself a stick. He took a quick whiff, and exhaled the smoke from his nose.
“So this is it huh?”
Illya always thought about her parents.
When she found out Shirou didn't steal her father away, her hatred for him toned down a bit. Still, she had no idea what she would say to her father if she ever saw him again. The Einzbern family had moved her here, so that she could fight in the... Whatever number Grail War this was. The Sixth? Fifth and a half?
The young girl kicked a rock as she walked along the path back to the building. Sure, this school was nice but she was lonely. She wasn't having such a hard time making friends, she was a social butterfly, but the problem was these kids didn't know how to befriend people back. They were so... Boring.
As she mused to herself, a cab stopped just a few feet in front of her. Illya stopped to curiously see who would be coming out of it. Another boring student, another teacher dragged into this mess, or--
Kiritsugu Emiya.
She found herself drawing closer to his presence, stopping only when they were at a close distance from each other - not too close, but not too far. She was silent, until she managed to speak up.
"... Daddy?"
Childish, calling him daddy instead of father, but there was a nostalgic feeling in her. There was also a small hint of anger in her too. Why did he leave her alone in that castle? Fate and Life were not kind to them at all.
The man flickered a couple of times, as it was somewhat difficult to believe the girl’s words. Judging by her features, she certainly didn’t seem to be an adult. The albino looked rather childish and vivacious—but if she had told him so, there was no reason to question her age. Reisi slightly bowed his head as a sign of apology.
“Sorry, in that case. I didn’t mean to offend you. in any way.” he replied calmly, his fingers placing correctly the bridge of his glasses at the same time.
“Regarding your question, I don’t think I felt any urge to play that game with anybody; pretty much the opposite, I pressume.” being the lonesome man he was, Reisi couldn’t find that Pocky Game less attractive. To put it simple, going after somebody in order to bit a stick and get a kiss was a completely innecessary and utterly ridiculous matter. “Don’t you think the one who is looking forward to play is rather desperate?”
She had stopped growing when she reached the age of eight. As an Einzbern Homuculus, she was only used to be the vessel for the Grail. She wouldn't live long after this war anyway. Illya waved it off with a smile, "Oh, it's alright. I'm used to it.
But you've mistaken me again! I'm not talking about the urge to play the game. During the actual day, apparently several people were having other urges."
There was a mischievous smile on her face as she lowered her voice to a slight whisper. "Do you know what I'm talking about or do I have to bluntly say it? I'm talking about urges of lust. Someone had done something to some of the students here, a type of spell. Something to make the students or teachers want to hold someone, kiss them, have their bodies touch ever so sensually ~."
Well, she didn't really feel that last one, but some people did. Actually, Illya went to bed after she was hit with the spell since she thought she was ill.

Boring?! How dare Illya insult the Hakurei tradition-
…Okay, it was kind of boring. Reimu really had nothing to do unless there was an incident, which only came around 2 or 3 times a year.
“I mean, I guess I have to take care of the shrine. Y’know, cleaning, picking up donations, praying for people, stuff like that.” Granted, Reimu rarely did any of that, since no one ever came to her shrine for actual shrine purposes. “But it isn’t too bad. My… friends… tend to come over a lot.”
Although she would call their visits more of a bother than she would entertainment.
"Well... I guess it isn't so bad if your friends are around..."
There was a slight ping of jealousy. Before the last Grail War, Illya was mostly all by herself. She didn't have many friends, save for Shirou and Berserker and her two maids of course. But even then, she had no friends her age in the past, either. What's a girl gotta do to get someone to hang out with?
"I bet you have a lot of friends."

Masamune was a friendly kind of fellow, able to charm just about anyone into his good graces. He may have made quite a few adversaries in his time, though, because his attitude did rub folks the wrong way. He was getting better about curbing it, however. “Yeah? Good. I’ll come up with something cute for you.”
A laugh. “Okay, okay. I won’t stop you then.” Masamune cracked a genuine smile. “I’m not surprised. You’ve got this face that makes people wanna just take care of you.”
"Yay! I can't wait to hear it!" So far, she was liking Masamune. After all, he did help her out and was going to give her a nickname, which meant they were friends of some sort! Plus, it was nice meeting people who was in her grade as well, and they were probably the exact same age too.
"I like being pampered, don't get me wrong, but I want to be taken seriously too! So far, that hasn't happened yet!" A defeated sigh, but she quickly brightened up. "One day, I'll find someone that I can protect." She was fine with being a kouhai, she just wished people took her a bit more seriously and talked to her like an adult.
"Ah, speaking of which... What classes are you taking?"
I do apologise for my actions Miss, and I did get my memories back. So thanks for that" (:
Yami could see that she was a nice person, and he will always treat her with respect from now on
"Good! My name's Illyasviel von Einzbern, but everyone calls me Illya." Sadly, Illya wasn't nice all the time, but that's how she was.
"Its my life. I needed to play in a tournament to win 3 cards that would enable me to go back into the past and regain my lost memories. I'm a master at the game, but I respect your decision, as I might have been a bit rude before, do accept my deepest apologies."
If it was anyone but Illya, they might think this guy was crazy. Illya, however, wasn't like most people, especially with her being around spirits all the time. "Oh, I see. Well, I hope you get your memories back or something ~."
"And you were really rude. Being rude to a lady isn't very nice!"
baazakah answered your question: “I’ve created a new deck, does anyone want to have…
“What’s dueling? Sounds really boring.”
“Say that again, I dare you. Duelling is the best thing I do and I love it, and so would you. You can play against one or 4 people and you have a deck of 40 cards consisting of monster, magic and trap cards, you have to reduce your opponents life points to 0 in order to win. I can teach you the rules if you want?
"Oh, a children's card game? Doesn't really sound all that special. It sounds interesting, only because of the card types, but I don't think I would ever love it. It's nice that you're passionate about something, though.
Even if it's uninteresting."
Event get da ze--
You wake up this morning to find that classes are cancelled for the day! Rejoicing, you forego spending the day in bed sleeping in (miraculously) and take a walk around the school grounds instead. Instead of the normal (shoujo, super kawaii) atmosphere, you find a festive one as you look upon the large of array of booths and other set ups.
A school official comes out onto a stage set in the middle of one of the sports fields, and announces that the school is holding a five day festival of sorts to give students a break from all the pesky everyday stresses of school life and to celebrate the Autumn season. They quickly explain the activities and booths set up today, and that there will be many more to come over the following days, before leaving students and staff alike to get to the partying.
You now have several choices! Go back to your dorm and sleep all day (spoil sport), or to explore the following activities marking the first day:

“You as well? We had similar symptoms, then.” Right down to the T, they both had felt the exact same thing. Most of all, Richard was simply glad he wasn`t the only victim of this heinous crime.
How dare someone make him act like such a lovesick fool?! It was hardly very responsible to act in such a way. He really wanted to make them pay. He was busy poring over his (silly) vengeful thoughts as the young girl mused. “Mana? Magic…” What kind of Artes master could they be to do such a thing? Or perhaps it was some other kind of spell. He specialized in attacking, not silly things like charms or effects. “I was in my last period of class and…it almost felt like someone was talking to me before I noticed the change. I felt much more—” It was a ridiculous word, and he felt a bit strange as an adult saying such things “Whimsical. Like it was some sort of ‘spring fever.’”
"Seems like it. How bothersome. Like I said, I thought I was feeling ill so I kind of stayed in my room, but then I knew I wasn't sick!"
"Yes, mana and magic." She hadn't intend for him to hear her outloud, so she said nothing more as she listened to the male. She felt the same way too - like someone was whispering to her and then, she felt urges and feelings of lust cross over her. It was indeed bothersome.
"Well, this was more than a spring fever... It's not even spring!"
The gorgeous, attractive and handsome secret agent had no idea of what Pocky Day was, but he knew very well those urges the girl was talking about, but that wasn’t the most important thing he knew…
“I hope that is the only thing late, baby, because I know how to take care of those urges.” he said, that being his most important skill and knowledge. “I could show you a completely new world, yeah!”
"..."
She literally was at a lost for words. Was this man implying that he could take care of those urges she had during that day? She coughed awkwardly before placing a soft smile on her face to hide what she was actually feeling.
"Oh, but I like my world. I don't need to see a new one! As long as my onii-chan is in my world, I'm content ~. Besides, I think you're a bit too old for me!"
Everybody was playing to that absurd game involving pocky sticks and two individuals—Reisi seriously wondered why people liked to waste their time in such a trivial thing as it was.
The man in blue was walking towards his office again, when the little albino girl’s words reached his ears. With an amused smile in his face he decided to approach her, bending down slightly in order to talk to her.
“You indeed are somewhat young to play that game, are you not?”
Oh great, another person talking to her like some child.
Illya stood up tall, placing her hands on her hips as the male spoke. How annoying. While she liked to be pampered by people, she wanted to be taken seriously as well. Unfortunately, it seemed like you can only have one of the two and more and more people weren't taking her very seriously. If she wanted to be taken seriously, she would need to act calm.
"Ah, you're mistaken. I'm eighteen. Legal age, and old enough to be playing the Pocky Game. After all, it's simply a very harmless game, but I'm not talking about the actual game, you see?"
tainted-prize started following you
Was she... Seeing things?
She was suppose to be dead. She was suppose to be gone, just like her father. But there she stood as the waves of people went around her.
Illya rubbed her eyes, making sure it wasn't her lack of sleep due to the Grail War and studying, but there she was. She was silent as she approached the woman, wanting to reach out to her and hug her. Yet, there was something pulling her back from doing so. Instead, she kept her hands by her side, crimson eyes looking up at her mother.
"... Mommy?"
