“Ah? You really think so?” She was outright grinning by now, elated by the male’s compliment. Truly this was the first time she was genuinely smiling; her overall bitter attitude made it nearly impossible for her to even be friendly, but for some reason, it was easy with this male to do so. Hiyoko wasn’t sure exactly what it was about him, but she really didn’t have complaints. Even she needed a friend at some point in time. “Heehee~ that makes me really happy!”
Normally, she wouldn’t have thanked anyone - well, not with sincerity. Her gratitude was pure sarcasm the majority of the time, but as stated before, she felt that she could be courteous and true with the male. “Mm, but it’d be rude if I didn’t, you know? Even if you were glad to help, you should be thanked properly!”
“It’s nice to meet you too, Munakata-san.” Honestly, she hadn’t any idea of what to say next; she wasn’t really good at casual conversation, small talk and the like. She stood there, fiddling with her fingers under the sleeves of her kimono, pondering of another topic to discuss. “—Ah! Munakata-san? What grade are you in? I’m a freshman, so I’m not really well-acquainted with the school. I’ve barely learned where all my classes are located, and as for clubs and activities… I’m afraid I haven’t the slightest idea.”
"Yes, I am certain. It almost looks like it has been made for you." just by the way Hiyoko acted, the man in blue could tell she was somewhat of a pure soul—a kind girl, to put it simple. At first glance Reisi had thought it could be some sort of scandalous child that needed to seek somebody's attention for nothing, but after spending some time with her, his previous idea of the blonde had been proved to be quite wrong.
"I hope we can get along, Saionji-kun."
Even so, the bluet was not what could be considered a sociable individual; he merely crossed words with somebody else if necessary, but he did not specially mind about having company. A King such as he was did not need that at all, but talking to this student had almost made him forget what it was like to meet a pretty pleasurable person to have around and whatnot.
He was slightly lost in thought until he heard the other's second line—which made him chuckle. Reisi really hoped she did not consider he was making fun of her, it was just he had found her comment somewhat funny. Grade, she had said? That was kind of a compliment, to be honest. Even if he was not old either, the Blue King did not think he looked youthful enough to look like a student.
"My, my... Do I look that young?" he replied after a while.
"I am not a student, but a treasurer" his fingers placed correctly the bridge of his glasses, while his violet orbs glanced upon the girl's warm chestnut colored ones. Such a position did require somebody responsible and willing to dedicate time to his job, but if he had to be honest, Reisi did not have much work, what brought him a respectable amount of free time to dedicate to his own, and his puzzles.
