Hello! This is the year 2022.

I still don't know your name yet, but surely God does.

I am certain He is preparing you and me.

I am certain He is still sharpening both of us.

And surely He is currently writing up our story.

I just want to pen you a letter that I hope you'll read once our paths finally cross – in God's perfect timing. I want you to understand how fervently I've prayed for a man like you. I can't wait for you to see this. Know that even before you arrived, even before I got to know you, even before our eyes met — you were constantly involved in my devotions.

I trust that one day, God's promises, as stated in Isaiah 60:22, will manifest: "When the time is right, I, the Lord will make it happen." I'd also like to express my gratitude to my spiritual leaders and pastors. They've instilled in me the importance of not merely seeking any relationship but desiring one with someone whose connection with the Lord aligns with mine.

My prayers have been dedicated to asking for a Godly man. Not just any Christian, but a man after God's own heart – someone who can safeguard my soul and lead me through life. I've prayed for a man of God like you, who loves the Lord deeply, even more than I do. For it is through such love that you can share the agape love you've received from God.

I eagerly await the opportunity to journey with you. See how you love, serve, and honor our Father as your Lord and Savior — and that will surely calm my heart.

To you, my God's best, I pray that wherever you are in the world right now, you are safe and secure. On those tough days when you feel like giving up, I hope to be the encouragement you need. But for now, I can only express my desire that you draw closer to our loving Father – the One who offers us peace and comfort in countless ways. Both of us must remember that God works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). So, for the time being, let's focus on our personal growth, fix our eyes on Jesus, and deepen our love for Him.

I look forward to the day our paths converge. Until then, take care, and know that I am earnestly praying for you.

THE SPARKS ARE SLOWLY FADING

How are you?

How are you, really?

Have you ever caught yourself losing sparks in serving Jesus?

Have you ever caught yourself questioning your walk with God?

I want you to know that it's okay to have moments in your faith journey when you feel like you're losing the fire to serve Jesus. Life can be challenging, and our faith can be tested in many ways. But remember, it's a normal part of the ebb and flow of faith. Sometimes, it's essential to take a step back, rest, and recharge.

Jesus himself withdrew to quiet places to pray and rest. Exhaustion can dim the fire, so it's okay to pause and care for yourself. I hope and pray for you to re-visit the reasons why you started serving Jesus in the first place. What initially ignited your passion for Him?

Remember the first time you encounter Jesus.

Remember the days you fall in love with Him.

Reconnect with your purpose.

Reflect on all the times God has been faithful in your life.

It's okay to acknowledge that our faith isn't always about intense passion. There will be seasons of doubt, dryness, and uncertainty. Trust that these seasons are part of our spiritual growth.

Remember that your relationship with Jesus is a journey, not a sprint. There will be peaks and valleys along the way. Even in moments when you feel your fire flickering, know that God's love for you remains constant. He understands your struggles and is always there to walk with you through them. Hold onto hope, and trust that the fire in your heart for Jesus can be rekindled.

Keep seeking Him, and He will meet you where you are.
