“I do! I was taking lessons from the painter fairies when I wasn’t doing my own chores.“ That was before they were told they had to come to the island. “I’m sure I can find a canvas and some paint around here somewhere.“

Imani nodded and sat in her spot as she waited for the girl to come back, looking at her injury and biting her lower lip. When she returned she shifted to hold out her injury

River held the orb of water over the wound, allowing a slow stream to drip from it. “This will wash out the wound, but we should get some disinfectant as soon as possible.”

Chin shook his head as she apologized. “No it’s okay, not everyone can handle blood and thats alright.” He said, smiling kindly at the sweet girl. “I’m Chin, nice to meet you Miss River.” He said, bowing a bit in respect

He smiled, taking the kit with thanks and taking opening it. He grabbed a few alcoholic wipes and started to clean around the wound on his leg, trying to make it so it wasnt just a bloody mess and more so he could see it. He dropped the wipes into a bag and grabbed out the gauze and started wrapping

“I’m sorry I wasn’t of more help.“ She had to be optimistic though. She had helped, even a tiny bit. “I just realized, I never introduced myself.“ Her wings fluttered slightly. She was about to hold out her hand, but remembered that he had just dealt with blood, and hadn’t washed his hands yet. “My name is River.“

“But…. are you sure youd help me do that?” She asked, eyebrows furrowing. She was use to taking care of her own injuries so someone offering to help her was something new.

River nodded. “Why not?” The fairy had never not helped someone in need. It wasn’t in her nature to let people deal with things on their own. “Let me just go find some water.” 

Her wings fluttered as she took to the air, flying only a little ways away to search for some fresh water. When she came back, she came to rest in front of the other - a large orb of water resting between her hands.

The sight of blood made her queasy, so she did her best to help without actually looking at the wound. “I can wash it for you,” she said, holding out her hands. There was fresh water within things all around them, all she had to do was tap into where it was, and she could gather it with ease. “Or we can go to the nurse anyway, and get some to disinfect.”
