Sometimes, with the stress of life, relationships and personal issues, it can be difficult for us to regress. This can often be very frustrating, or manifest itself into just another thing to stress about. But, there are a bunch of little things (bdum tss) you, as a cg or friend, can do to help!

🍬 take us to a quiet space, set up a blankie and maybe some comfort items 🍬 talk to our stuffies! 🍬 the cg voice! 🍬 story time 🍬 quiet time/ nap time 🍬 encouragement and praise for everyday tasks 🍬 tie our shoes 🍬 hold our hand in public or when crossing the street 🍬 push us on the swings 🍬 head pats 🍬 pet names 🍬 cartoon time 🍬 hang our art on the fridge 🍬 anything that makes us feel small physically 🍬 pop a paci in our mouths 🍬 cuddles 🍬 sit us on your lap 🍬 gentle rocking and hair stroking
