can we discuss if calum has another baby ??? and he takes squish to meet the new baby for the first time 🥺🥺🥺

I think squish would be around 6-7 when sister squish is born. He'd be so excited to be a big brother but he doesn't really know much about what does it mean at this point, besides the fact that there's a baby in mommy's belly and that it will come out in a few weeks. He loves helping you guys with painting her room, everything he can do to get messy- he will do. And he enjoys the shopping for the baby and saying how everything is so mini! In the night you're going into labor, once you call Ashton to hang out with squish, Calum enters his room and wakes him up.
"Little squish, your baby sister is coming and we're going to the hospital to get her." Calum would whisper to the sleepy boy who suddenly wakes up with wide eyes.
"Now? Can I come meet her too?" He'd babble while clapping his hands.
Calum has never felt heartbreak as much as he did now, when he had to tell his squish to wait. "We first need to make sure she's feeling good, and then uncle Ash will bring you." He booped his nose and smiled.
Baby nodded his tired head as Calum kissed his forehead goodbye and well, goodnight. But before he shuts the door close, he hears a soft "daddy?" So he turns to face squish. "Tell mommy I love her, i love you too." He'd mumble before drifting to sleep. Calum's heart is so full with love, almost exploding. But he's ready for another love of his life to enter, and take a spot in it.
Calum jogs down the stairs to meet you and Ashton, you aren't gasping too much but you certainly look like you're ready to pop. "Squish said he loves you." Calum pecked your lips before taking your hand in his.
"Well what did he say about me?" Ashton teased.
Calum rolled his eyes at his almost brother before grabbing your hospital bag. You two sat in the car, excitment running through your veins. Calum looked in your eyes as you both smiled. "Ready to have a baby?"
"Let's have this baby."
It's maybe 12 hours later that the baby is actually in your arms, happy, healthy and looking as squishy as squish, but a girl.
You allow yourself to rest for a few hours, Both you and Calum adrenaline being so high and everything felt surreal to you two. Of course, Ashton lets squish know that his sister has arrived and squish just jumps around happily and keeps asking when can he go see her, daddy said he'll see her once she's here! Which you see in a video Ashton sent you.
"Go get him." You smile at Calum as you're feeding your new princess. Calum kisses both of your foreheads, one significantly smaller, and goes over to your house.
He's met with Ashton making popcorn for squish, who was just picking out a movie to watch. "Is she here?" He'd yell excitingly.
Calum shook his head. "Sorry, bud," Calum pretends to sigh dramatically as squish pouts. "But if you really want to, we can go meet her at the hospital."
Squish would run so fast to put his shoes on, barely even saying a word in cal's direction. Ashton would sit with his popcorn to watch the movie squish chose, why would he waste such good popcorn?
Little squish is kinda tired, it's been a day after all, And his bed time is soon. He leans his head on cal's shoulder as he carries him over to your room.
"You wanna get a balloon?" Cal asks the sleepy bean, who nods his head. He picks one that says 'get well soon!' And even though this isn't even the right thing to say, who is Calum to argue his son?
Squish is back on his feet as he enters your room, immidetly coming for you with the balloon and his lovely smile. Complelty forget anyone else is in the room or why are you even here, squish just wants you.
"My little squish." You'd cuddle him close, your first baby. Tears slipping down your cheeks, hormones are everywhere.
"Why are you crying, mommy?" He'd wipe your eyes, same as you and calum always do to him when he's sad.
You shake your head with a smile, not knowing how to explain hormones to a 6 year old. "I've missed you so much. Did you have fun with uncle Ashton?"
Squish would gasp as he suddenly remembers he complelty left his uncle without saying goodbye or eating their popcorn together. "Daddy, can you tell uncle Ash to save me some popcorn?"
You'd both laugh as Calum sends him a threat to leave some for his son. Which Ashton already rolls his eyes at, continuing on eating the salty snack.
Little squish just enjoys telling you everything he did, not that it's been too long, but he had lots of fun. "Well, you wanna meet your sister now?"
He stares at Calum, shying away suddenly that the moment has finally come. Calum can smell his child's shyness from the other side of the world. He'll come over to place squish in his lap and assure him that she's also excited to meet him. So you'd place baby in his arms, Calum slowly helping him to adjust her.
"Is she's going to be little squish now?" Your boy asks.
Both you and Calum share a look, and a smile. "She's mini squish," Calum would reply, helping his son with the weight of his sister in his arms,
"You'll always be our little squish."
