That also means I can take a break lol I've been working on this on and off for nearly an entire month. The song is so painfully bunnydoll but the beat is great and the dance accompanying this was too good to NOT ignore... and forgive the timing if it's a little off in places, I edited this on my laptop and capcut do be laggy at times. This was supposed to be finished before the new years but alas, end of the year energy did not agree with me. Nonetheless -- 7 months straight of refusing to let these two kiss has finally come to a close. Rest easy for they have been given some reprieve from me... for now. It's pride month so that means lgbt content! (Tho most of my content is technically lgbt)

This time I bring you my Wyldfyre hcs: aroace and agender (any pronouns).

I just think it would be hilarious when the ninja explain the concepts of gender and sexuality to her and she’s like "Yeah, okay. I'm not doing that, nuh-uh".

However, I do like her ship with Roby (I'm still impressed by the writing). I've heard the excuse that "aroace people can date" and while I know it's true to some extent, I imagine their feelings and dynamics is completely different from allo people. If I ever do anything with Robyfyre I want to use it as an opportunity to explore how Wyldfyre's identity would affect their relationship. There's barely any representation, so I'm really curious about the experiences of aroace and aroallo people.

Kalmaar is pretty much Nadakhan's do over.

They are both princes who take over their kingdoms.

They both have that same flare for the dramatic.

They both have a very flashy fashion sense (still peeved that we never got to see Nadakhan in his cloak...) I mean just look at these divas:

They both have this really creepy and obsessive attachment to Nya, and end up more or less murdering her at the end of their respective seasons.

And they both have an extraneous amount of limbs (arms for Nadakhan and tentacles for Kalmaar) the better to grab you with, my dear.

The writers more or less decided that maaaaybe the racist stereotyped pirate djinn who assaults their one main female character was a bit too far. So instead they give us a racist motivated squid king who attacks one of their (now a grand total of two) main female characters. You know Skybound is dark when this is somehow better.

We talk (myself very much included) all the time about Nya getting flashbacks to Skybound when she meets Arrakore in Dragons Rising. But anyone else wanna bet that, even if he wasn't a Djinn, fighting Kalmaar was bringing back those same memories, maybe even worse?

I mean, the way these screen shots match up is kind of giving me the creeps.
