Bochy: “And remember, Hector is the Timmy-Whisperer!”
Happy Timmy Day!! So good to be able to say that again! As well as Support Timmy, it’s Support the whole dang team!! Kinda hard to start April with a June Swoon but there’s still a whole lotta games to play. Gooooo Giants!
Timmy: "I had this nightmare before the parade that they kept telling me to get ready to go outside of city hall but then they never let me out!!"
Kinda sad that Timmy never really got to be used during the World Series except for the 2 innings. Bochy meant to use him if anyone faltered but the relievers didn't choke and became the bridge to the closers. That's a good thing.
I still have faith that he and his Dad can work on things in the off-season to return to the rotation. He still shows flashes of greatness but kinda need to work on the inconsistency. So, Gooooooo Timmy and the Giants!!!!
Timmy: "Psst, maybe we can ask Bochy to let us do the 9th inning of the clinching World Series game. The best Buster hugs are when you can actually lift someone!!!"
We wanna see Timmy pitch and have it mean something!!!! But in the meantime, Gooooo Giants and win the World Series!!!!
Timmy: "Psssst, do you think anybody thinks about me in the shower?"
If the rest of this week was a Hollywood movie, tomorrow would be another must-win game. Timmy would come in the second inning after a faltering starter to save the day with a brilliant performance, thereby redeeming himself and helping to save the post-season alongside the rest of the team.
Well, this is real life but who's to say, we can't have miracles? There has been plenty of miracles in 2010 and 2012 so don't stop believing!

Timmy: "How come the broadcasters never call me a big, burly, strapping young lad on TV???"
Buster:" Heck if I know! I'm still trying to find out if there's a requirement that all the rookies have to look like me in order to get into the Giants big league!"

Not going to lie, I have to admit I didn't hear a word Jake said during this interview. Guess who's locker is close to Jake in a locker room interview! I kept waiting for the beanie to come out but Timmy must still be sporting the fanny-pack look to complete a casual hipster look. :)
I'll take a happy smiling Timmy anytime!!! At least they let him pitch the 9th inning of a no-stress game to boost his confidence. C'mon Giants, let Timmy pitch and prove himself again that he can rise to the occasion. He can and will contribute to the September push into the post-season!!!!

Whoa, amazed that the MLB commissioner upheld the protest and allowed the game to resume. I applaud them for considering all the circumstances in this situation and making the right move, unhampered by the ennui and rigidity of sticking with the absolute interpretation of the rule book.
And congrats to Andrew Susac for hitting his first home run in the Majors! Thoughts and prayers for the recovery from concussion symptoms for Hector and Baby Giraffe. I miss them a lot.
Timmy: "On the bright side, last night's tarp debacle gives you a chance to be hip and say, "That's a clown tarp job, Bro!""
I'm still aggravated by the unfair shortened game but gotta push on and be positive that this will be an incentive to work harder for the goal of post-season. Put it behind you and Gooooooo Giants!!
Buster: "OK, Timmy, you've got to do a better job of keeping runners from stealing everything behind you!"
Pablo: "Hey, anybody seen where my shoes went?"
Brandon C.:" I can't find my shoes either!"

Timmy: "Hey Boch, why don't you get the team hitting again by throwing a tantrum and kicking dirt on the homeplate, too?"
Bochy: "If it takes grabbing the next manager in a headlock and giving him noogies, I'll do it!"
Let's show some support for the whole team and Gooooo Giants!!! Until they are mathematically out of the running for the post-season, there's still hope!

Sigh, another step closer to RockBottom with another game where the best thing is that it wasn't a no-hitter. Somehow they have to find a way to snap out of this malaise and put on some Big Boy pants.

What a big improvement over the hideous pervert gnome!!! And a cute Cy, too!!! Thank God they excluded the mustache and a nice downplay on the soul patch (which is now doing a kind of billy goat thing right now).
And congrats on 5 quality starts in a row!!! I was at the July 11 game and there was a big collective sigh when he gave up a hit like in the 4th inning. It felt like we believed another no-hitter was possible in every game. :) He only gave a 7 inning shut-out. What's up with that! Hee,hee.
Gooooo Timmy and the Giants, esp. with so many guys on the DL!!! Yikes!
Woo hoo!!!!! Three gems in a row and Timmy's ERA is finally under 4 since 2011. Let's all do a Happy Dance since it looked like Timmy was doing one in the dugout!!! Gooooooooooo Giants!!!!!

Wow, I get back from vacation and the Giants have lost their lead in the division. The only bright spot is Timmy's second no-no and his gem of a follow-up. Woo hoo,way to go, Timmy!!!!
Bochy: "You know, Timmy, that I would never use the S-word to describe anyone's performance on this team but your batting would come the closest to making me break that rule!"
After reading Don Mattingly's interview where he puts down his own Dodgers as a s___ ,not that good team, it made me appreciate Bochy as manager even more. I can't imagine him saying the things Don said. He wouldn't degrade team chemistry and morale by putting them down in public. Even when they were rock bottom last year, he still used humor and encouragement with words like,put on your big boy pants, or keep on grinding. He's the biggest reason there is a close knit clubhouse because he leads with respect and support. So kudos to Bochy and the entire staff for leading the way in what is so far an extraordinary year!!!! Goooo Giants!!
Timmy: "Sorry for the really bad game tonight. My mechanics was off."
The Panda: "No worry, there's nothing a good pair of boots can't fix!"
After that solid game against Atlanta May 12, Timmy is still wobbly in his consistency. As Bochy would say, "he was bobbing and weaving out there"!
Oh well, gotta keep grinding and working on it. Support Timmy and Gooooo Giants!!!
