you were born in a regular, completely average family, who loved you and cared for you from the depths of their hearts. your childhood was happy and careless, filled with warmth and laughter. but there was a crack on this beautiful picture. you could see more. more than regular, completely average person. growning up being the only one seeing cursed spirits was difficult and hard to deal with. those things were scary and since you didn't want to appear weird to your surroundings you decided to ignore them for the longest you could.

it's really not that bad, even despite constant threat of death or serious injury. you're surrounded by colourful bunch of people who love you and care for you and you get to help people in need! the danger seems to be reasonable price for the ride or die friendships you make here. also, one of your classmates is kind of cute…

cursed technique → strings of destiny also known as the red thread of fate

you're able to see the destiny of a person by touching an invisible string which is manifests on their body. you go through what the person was experiencing his whole life and what is yet to come.

you can also enter and leave strings, though navigating through strings of others is much harder than through your own. you can dirigate your own string to point where you can hop of or leave objects stored in it.

reinforced version → you can clearly see how you can influence people to change their future. you also get a natural understanding of binding vows

reverse cursed technique → allows strings manifest into the real world and enables you to manifest them and navigate them freely

you approached him on your first day in jujutsu tech, introducing yourself politely and kindly starting some small talk to get to know better one of your classmates. he was initially distanced and seemed indifferent to your presence, simply acknowledging your presence, but after some time talking he slowly seemed to open a bit about himself, actually engaging in the conversation (yuji and nobara were speechless how quickly and smoothly it went).

it was obvious he took a liking to you - when you asked him to hang out with you later he agreed with something akin to a smile forming on his lips. yeah, he liked you from the start.

── .✦ he's drawn to your warmth and kindness, you make him feel at ease and it melts his icy exterior, even if he pretends to be indifferent about you. your patient, caring nature disarms him and brings him the loveliest flavour of comfort. he never knew that he needed this type of feeling so much in his life, never have he felt so understood, so wanted, so... loved

── .✦ megumi himself is not much of a talker, prefering to observe and absorb information around him rather than share them. that's being said, he loves listening to you, whether you're explaining details of the plot of the latest book you've been reading or sharing your thoughts about different topics. he remembers everything you tell him and once in a while he'll initiate conversation asking detailed questions about your interests, sounding as casual as always, seemingly without a care (he cares a lot).

⊹ shoji is a very simple guy and spiritual believer that the intimacy you share is enough to make any moment special, so he isn't big on extravagant gestures. your days aren't spectacular or flamboyant, but he always makes sure they're significant and meaningful for you both. his main love language is quality time, his idea of perfect date with you is taking a peaceful walk around nature.

Anime Free! (from 'Iwatobi Swim Club') is my current comfort media as I like how the story goes as I'm on season 2 by now. Watched a few episodes from the 1st season when it came out years ago but thought it was boring back then.

What is the origin of your blog name?

A lot of people tend to associate me with Lana Del Rey songs, especially Cinnamon Girl, so my blog name is actually inspired by her music! However, I could not put cinnamon girl as my username, so I tried to switch it up with @/sweetlikecinnamon, but that was taken at the time too, so I did vanilla instead🍨

Kamisama Kiss! It's such a cute show that never misses, it has its funny moments too🩷

What's the last thing you hyper fixated on?

Tokyo Debunker! A couple of you know this, but I do have an exchange arranged for this fandom, so I'm very excited for it! It's going to be lengthy but I love writing for this fandom and character, so this is something I'm really looking forward too. The ending for season one makes me very excited for season two (which is coming on the 29th ૮꒰ ྀི >⸝⸝⸝< ྀི꒱ა). Plus, my main got a new card and I ended up pulling it twice (along with the warding card) so that's exciting!

What's an oddly specific thing that brings you joy?

Children, but specifically when they try to help me. Not too long ago at work, I was restocking some body creams and this little girl (I wanna say she was about 1-2) came over to me and started smiling. She grabbed one of the body creams but ended up knocking over the rest as she did so. I quickly reassured her parents that it was okay but she helped me restock everything and it was so sweet because she clapped after she fixed it. After that, she just kept smiling at me when I restocked some of the other products and it was the cutest!

What smell instantly makes you happy?

The smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies🍪

My lockscreen is a picture of some orchids and my wallpaper is a picture of tulips 🌷

Oh, this's a very simple one! Tilli is my username + "chan" because only "Tilli" is too short. Honestly, Tilli is a very important name for me; it's kind of my good luck charm.

Tokyo Debunker! I don't think that all this angst and horror (especially in the latest episodes) can be called "comforting", but it sounds not so surprising from me whose previous comforting media was Jujutsu Kaisen… Anyway! I really love the world-building and characters; this fandom brings excitement and inspiration to my life, and it makes my life comfortable.

Obviously, animals! You all already know how much I treasure my chaotic duo, but I also have some animal friends outside my home. Meeting them makes my day a little better. This tiny bat that follows us whenever my dog and I go on an evening stroll. This bird of prey that flies to my area from time to time. These cute ducks and their ducklings from the nearby park. The family of tiny birds that visits my balcony every day and leave there some food and branches. These stray cats I feed from time to time. All they are a part of my little daily miracles, and they bring a lot of joy to my life.

♡ What smell instantly makes you happy?

The smell of earth! I love gardening, love plants and forests. Digging in the ground makes me happy and I really love this smell! Honorable mention is the smell of freshly cut grass!

Nothing special, just a monochromatic blue wallpaper. Simple is best!
