Y’all are pissing me off accusing these creators of plagiarism especially if they use ChatGPT. Clearly a lot of you don’t know the difference between plagiarism and using a tool.
Plagiarism is portraying someone else’s work as your own.
If you’re inserting YOUR own ideas into ChatGPT, Granmarly, a screenwriting workshop, or any type of editor — it’s not plagiarizing. These are close enough to using a writing partner/assistant, consultant, editor.
AI has been around for a few decades but it’s popular now due to the technological advancement in society and it “talks back” as if it’s a real person.
