“Alright but I’m gonna so bye.”
“Get your ass out of my way. You do realize you take up too much space?”
averyrendall:
“What? No way. I said sure whatever you say. That’s not disagreement.”
“No, this is you mocking me.”
iscbelleiisms:
╰☆⊰; Isabelle could not exactly tell what was going on with the other. Or what made him so angry. It was for sure not only because some sheets of paper flying around. But she decided not to say anything. Eyebrows furrowed, the phoenix quickly collected the rest together as well and stuffed them into her bag. “I just have been lost in my thoughts. It was not like I have planned to just throw them away here, or something like that,” Isabelle still tried to be polite, but it got harder and harder with every minute passing. @babyfacemonroe
“Next time this happens, I’m just going to burn them.” Theo took a step forward and would have just stepped on her sheets if she hadn’t already picked them up. “Lost in your thoughts, huh. Then get your shit together.” He rolled his eyes. The hunter was getting much too restless without a new pet to play with.
“How about we dance and not make small talk.”
“How about we do neither?”
“If I could go more than four minutes without hearing someone screaming outside of my window, I would be so pleased.”
“Why is anyone screaming outside your window?”
iscbelleiisms:
╰☆⊰; First, Isabelle had no clue what the guy was talking about. She blinked, noticing how her papers had been flying away, and quickly collected them together again. “I did not attack you, I swear! My apologizes! Have not noticed how they all flew away from me, it seems.” @babyfacemonroe
“How do you not notice your papers flying off?” Theo narrowed his eyes, “It’s all swirling around, giving everyone papercuts and you didn’t notice?” He huffed while he let go of the one he was holding, not caring if the other got it back or not. “Like I said, litter somewhere else.”
averyrendall:
“Oh right. I got it. Of course you do.”
“Are you disagreeing with it?”
“That did not look good. If you want I can pretend I didn’t see anything.”
“What exactly didn’t look good? I look fine in everything that I do.”
╰☆⊰; When writing on her novels, Isabella prefered a quiet and peaceful place to work at. Since it was a waem day, and the sun was shining, the female phoenix had decided for a nice spot in a near park. Sitting on a blanket, she was working in a very old-fashioned way, with a pencil and pieces of paper to write onto. Isabelle was lost in her thoughts, thinking about a certain scene in her story. Not realizing that the wind was growing stornger and carrying some of her notes away with him.
“If you’re going to litter, can you litter elsewhere?” He growled as he held out one of the sheets that flew into his face, “You’re literally attacking me with paper.” Paper cuts were the worst.
chloeprentiss:
Chloe frowned slightly, she didn’t know why she would be a bother to anyone. She simply went on a jog and had gotten lost. “ Well, excuse me for living.’ She stated with such sarcasm in her voice.
“It’s such a shame, really.” He sighed as if the fact that she was living was an unfortunate event. While he enjoyed keeping the supernatural beasts as pets, the hunter usually had no interest in humans.
rcsgcld:
yet. she didn’t want to stick around when he found out what would give him some form of entertainment. she tried not to let a scowl come to her lips, and was successful;; but her entire body was stiff. on guard. “ me? i’m not… i-i was… ” a pause, then spoken in a lowly voice, “ g-going to train… ”
“Train?” He snorted, “Go ahead then.” He motioned to the open area, “Train. Let’s see what you got.”
rcsgcld:
“ sorry, my mistake, ” petra said flatly, barely stumbling over her words. her entire body was tense, ready to fight, or maybe to flee if necessary. “ what do y-you want, theo? “ she had learned his NAME ;; through the mouths of other people; and she said it like it was the most exhausting thing in the universe. she clenched her hands into fists next to her, locking eyes with the other. she was tired, she was done and clearly in no mood to do this with theo.
"Nothing that comes to mind yet.” He shrugged; it wasn’t a total lie. He was seeking for some form of amusement as per usual. There was no way in hell would he bother his siblings for anything and so here he was. Their last encounter was enlightening to say the least. “What are you doing out here?”
it had been too long of a week, and the i n c i d e n t had not helped either. she was on edge, constantly on edge ;; muscles tense. her hands trembled, fingers ached for the weapon strapped to her ankle — the knife her father had given to her as a kid — but she kept them clenched at her side, walking faster. the sound of someone else’s steps falling in line caused her to take a brief pause, and shove the person behind her away ;; with too much strength for something that should’ve been simple. “ get away from me ! ” petra hissed, a certain kind of FEAR lacing her words. a pause, and she glanced away from the other. “ i’m fine, just… just leave m-me alone. ”
“I don’t believe I was concerned over your well-being.” He chuckled as he took a few steps back from the shove. Theo cocked his head to the side as he observed her carefully. She surely differed from their last encounter; this time, she was more upset and with that, the hunter was intrigued. Not because he cared for the reason to comfort and reassure her, but delighted that the girl could be so upset. His smile grew at the sound of that slight quiver in her voice.
faemaxcoyle:
“Sorry, your Highness.” Max smirked, offering his hand to shake. “I’m Max. Max Coyle. I work over at the Circle Club. You ever been?”
“Hate the place.” The hunter was obviously not sociable and alcohol never did interest him - much less in a place where there were crowds and loud music. It was only when he go bored did he venture into it, knowing there’d be plenty of potential play things for him to deal with.
faemaxcoyle:
“Alright, fair.” Max shrugged, “Yeah, I guess I’m done for now. Can’t think of much else to say on the matter, your Majesty.”
“Do not call me that.” He paused, “Who are you even?”
faemaxcoyle:
“You’ll learn soon enough, don’t even worry about it.” Max winked. “Oh, of course, I’m sorry Your Majesty. I did think to meself, ‘By jove, this strapping chap has got the most humble look upon his face. Do not bother him, sir.’ However, my fierce nature overcame me, and I could not help but assume perhaps there might be some air of friendliness about you. My most sincere apologies.” Finishing off this mini speech with a curtsy, Max remained straight-faced, although he was definitely cracking himself up, if not anybody else.
“I rather not.” He narrowed his eyes, wondering what misfortune he came across to run into this man. To say that he was less than impressed with the man’s tactics was an understatement. Theo was far from amused, unlike the other. “Are you done?” He merely asked when the man was done his monologue. Now he wondered if he was always like this because Theo could feel the impending headache he was getting from him.
faemaxcoyle:
“If I know at least five things about myself, one of them is that I’m extremely charming, thank you very much. How about you? Got any bearded talents over in Grumpsville?”
“Still don’t see it.” He rolled his eyes, “None that I wish to share with you. Unlike you, I like to be humble.” What a lie.
