I've been STRUGGLING to post a hc post, but the idea is sooo cuteee

It's little Drift with Selkie Ratchet. Drift doesn't know he's regressing, while Ratchet very clearly knows every time Drift regresses, and he lets little Drift snuggle/sleep in his coat

Just... the idea of Ratchet deciding that little Drift is precious enough to let him borrow his other skin, something that can't be replaced? Love love love <3

No one is doing well right now, but being a little critter right now has got to be terrifying. This is such a crushing series of images, especially considering PBS’s funding got slashed. While I’m happy Sesame Street continues to keep the wellbeing and education of children as a major priority, there’s a certain amount of innocence that Sesame Street represents and this is giving me such a visceral feeling rn

When a character has anything bad happen to them at all I have the indomitable urge to make that guy a regressor. Rodimus dies? REGRESSION BEAM. Breakdown after the MECH incident? REGRESSION BEAM. Knockout mourning Breakdown? REGRESSION BEAM. The vehicons being knocked around 24/7 by their superiors? Say it with me: REGRESSION BEAM!!!

I can imagine Breakdown figuring out some of the Vehicons regress and going to Knockout and gushing about how cute they are while regressed

idea where Knockout misses watching little Breakdown, when he finds out about the Vehicons regressing, and decides to watch over the little Vehicons

The Autobots occasionally find little Vehicons wandering after battles and just... pick them up. Congrats! You're lovingly getting kidnapped! Have fun <3

Specifically, I think Bulkhead and Optimus would be the ones to kidnap Vehicons. They love playing with them; I could also see Optimus taking naps with littles!

Ratchets the mean caregiver who forces them to have medical checkups and a "proper" diet, gosh... so mean!

I have a couple of ideas for little Vehicons, so I'll definitely make another post later!

Gonna be honest, have no idea how to write agere older than... eight? However, that doesn't mean I don't want this.

I love love LOVE older regressors watching over younger regressors (playdate), so I can totally see a scenario where Cliffjumper gets caught regressing by Bumblebee!!

When I'm little, I like to daydream characters (usually Starscream) getting comforted from a tantrum; however, I feel this could also fit Cliffjumper,,,

Maybe Cliffjumper's complaining about something with Bumblebee, maybe about getting in trouble? When Bumblebee agrees with whoever got Cliffjumper in trouble.

That wasn't supposed to happen! Bee was just supposed to agree with whatever Cliffjumper says! Cliffjumper tries to explain why he's right! Only... Cliffjumper's kinda in the wrong... so it doesn't work out.

Cliffjumpers arguing with Bumblebee, getting more and more frustrated, because Bee isn't listening! If Bee listened, he'd agree with Cliffjumper! and! and..! And...! Tantrum time!

screaming! crying! Biggest tantrum EVER! Cliffjumpers VERY lucky he ended up slipping in Bumblebees' room, cause he definitely would have caused a scene. Bumblebee ends up calming Cliff down enough to have him sit in timeout while he comms someone who knows how to take care of littles.

Obviously, Optimus would be Bee's caregiver; however, I can also see Ironhide being a pretty good caregiver! So maybe Ironhide ends up as Cliff's caregiver?

Bumblebee and Cliffjumper end up regressed at the same time, and in Bee's wonderful mind, he comes up with the idea to sneak out and explore the nearby woods; little kids love exploring! It's a great idea!
