Lex only has one stuffed toy, his mother got it for him when he was very, very young and he put it away when he was about 10 or 11 and only touches it when he’s small. It’s a black dog with plastic eyes and has a little red collar around its neck. It was fluffy before but it’s gotten to where the fur is all pressed down from baby Lex holding it and crying with it so much. It was completely his clutch after the meteorite incident, but Lionel stopped letting him use it to get him to “grow up” when he started middle school. He wouldn’t ever let anyone know he still has it and he puts it right back in its box when he’s not regressed anymore. It doesn’t have a name, it’s just “doggy”.
Lois didn’t have any stuffed animals growing up, she had to move a lot due to where General Lane was stationed, so he made sure she kept her possessions light to make it easier (she did get Lucy stuffed animals though). But Clark buys her a beige jellycat bunny at some point, before she ever thought she actually regressed, he just saw it in a shop and thought Lois would like it, and she was absolutely over the moon about it. That’s her favourite, whether she’s regressed or not, but she won’t let go of it when she’s child regressed. When she’s teen regressed, she finds it “cringey”, but still likes to make sure it’s near. She named it “Clarkie” as a joke but it stuck.
Growing up, Clark had so many stuffed animals, especially of farm animals, and he never would’ve chosen a favourite and when he moved to Metropolis, he had to take five of his favourites which was very difficult. He took with him a cow, a cat, a hen, a sheep and a horse. When he’s regressed, Lois tends to just hand him the one that’s closest and he’s not very picky, but his absolute favourite is his cow. He also has a tendency to bite them to get sensory input and then get really upset if he bites them too hard or they get too wet. His cow is called “moo” which sometimes is just Clark making a moo sound.
I love superhero cgs for simple reasons. Oh, regressor is an adult with adult body weight? This guy/gal cg can lift up a truck, this is easy, get baby carried, dummy.
Piggyback rides, cradle carries, Lift them up under the arms and twirl them around. The sky is the limit.
The Superman hyperfixation is gone unfortunately 💔 but i suspect once Supergirl releases it will hit me full force again and this account will be active. Still expect occasional reposts and highlights of any agere Lex content

begone, naysayers and nonbelievers—leave me to project my regression onto my beloved blorbos in peace. there is no age requirement on regression and i am free to imagine my favorite characters regressing however i wish. i am not ‘cringe’ or causing any harm by headcanoning them to share the same coping mechanism as me, even if it may seem unconventional or strange to those uninformed on the subject. it helps me to heal with my own trauma and overcome any insecurities i have about my regression.

i, admittedly, didn't know much about lex luthor before this. i had to do my research, and even then, that was tricky! hopefully, this is good enough. if there's anything you want changed or if you want more than just this amount, let me know :-)! i hope this wasn't too out of character... this was soso fun to do! please forgive any typos. i'm very tired. hcs under the cut!

loves teaching you things. as soon as you begin showing interest in learning about a certain topic, he is buying encyclopaedias and textbooks and finding age-appropriate documentaries.
can always tell when you're lying, even with your most powerful performance. if you say you slept when you didn't, he's telling you to go to bed; if you say you ate when you didn't, he's prepping food (if necessary, specifically safe foods), etc.
he prides himself on knowing you very well. he knows your favourite foods, drinks, colours, animals, your boundaries, your interests... anything, really, and if anyone ever claims to know you better he will be very offended.
always keeps his promises and is glad to see you picking up on that habit if and when you do. he often promises to protect you.
teaches you to walk your own path in life! he's weirdly encouraging. he promises that only your opinion matters in what you're doing. why care what anyone else thinks if it makes you happy or otherwise fulfilled? he's glad to give you this reminder any time you need it.
brings you on trips on albert einstein's birthday. sure, it's usually places related to einstein, but he'd be lying if he says he never lets you persuade him on where to go.
always assures you that your dreams are possible.
enjoys building things with you! obviously not any heavy grade stuff, because that could put you in danger, but anywhere from DIY kits and wooden blocks to lego and 3D puzzles.
doesn't call you many pet names other than the basic "little one", no matter how old youre regressing to. if you request for others, he would gladly abide.
loves giving you gifts, especially little gadgets he makes specially for you.
is so proud of ANYTHING you create. drawings, short stories, songs, anything!
he makes sure you know you can trust him with anything. secrets? of course he'll keep them. someone is bothering you? he'll handle it. he wants you to know he's always there for you!
Realized that I haven't really spoken about my NPD headcanon for Lex which is insane because i think about it often. I should make a hc list to do with specifically this concept...
⚗️ — 2-6 age regressor Lex who regresses due to trauma. he's very embarrassed until Clark comes along and helps him regulate a bit better. he's so special and important to me
