Regression for me is a kind of hazy, vulnerable feeling. I feel exposed and raw with sensitivity and emotion, in both a positive and negative way! It's an irregular feeling in comparison to a more "neutral" one I normally keep.

For the most part it's a passive switch I don't fully register, so it's hard to put exact words to it. I don't remember it much due to that fogginess & haze, I know I typically find comfort curling up in bed or listening to friends talk though from what I can recall!

Regression as a visual though is fluid in theory to me since I do like the idea of playing in the dirt and catching bugs, but I tend to gravitate towards soft textures & "feminine" aesthetics if you will. Think of the theming for @/littlelamblita & Lalaloopsy if you want a better mental image. I tend to just laze about in bed or on my floor though when I do feel smaller, watching shows or playing games like Dandy's World half asleep 🤔
