Indulge in the flavors of a Mounds Bar candy with these delicious popsicles. Creamy coconut milk combined with rich cocoa powder, sweetened with honey or maple syrup, and enhanced with shredded coconut and almonds, make for a satisfying frozen treat.
Ingredients: 1 can coconut milk. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chopped almonds or almond meal.
Instructions: Put cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut milk in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Coconut shreds and chopped almonds or almond meal should be added. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks inside the molds. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take them out of the molds and eat!
