this is always the best and worst feeling, you have all night to just be yourself without the weight of the world, but in the morning you know you wont be prepared for the day and itll just feel longer
I think people forget permakids can have functional lives just like everyone else. I can drive,work,go to school,and hold friendships just like everyone else. Being a little just happens to affect multiple aspects of my private life on a regular basis. Like just because my intrest,media,friendships,aesthetics,daydreams,ect are little centered dosent mean I cant do what you do?!?! While that is MY reality that dosent mean its EVERYONES reality. Some permakids are more impared in what they can do due to the fact they are a permakid. Which so so much love for them. But please stop under estimateing permakids and their abilities.
this this this im a permregressor but im very independent and also love to do things that are considered “normal” for my age! im 21 and i hang out with friends and go to a lot of intellectually stimulating classes and am a full time college student and drive and am applying to jobs atm for summer, my interests snd perspective and aesthetics in my private life are more childish and most times i do feel younger than i am but i am definitely very capable of living like any other 21 year old! permaregressor doesnt automatically mean that you cant live an independent, functional life (though if it means that for you thats perfectly valid and theres nothing wrong with that but i just wanted to share my perspective and experience because i feel like there are very broad stereotypes that a lot of people believe are the end all be all one size fits allfor everybody)
i’m saying this for myself as much as anyone else it may help but: having a fictional cg is completely harmless! it is literally a character you talk to in your head when you’re having a hard time, and enjoy engaging with content of, that’s all <3 it is not an indictment of your irl support system or being ungrateful or anything like that, you’re just coping the best you can and i’m proud of you, and your fcg is too ✨
