Sorry I’ve been MIA for so long. The short answer is that I don’t know when I’ll be back or what exactly I’ll be doing with this blog, but I’ll probably be taking a longer break.

The long answer contains talk about mental illness and medication so it’ll be under the cut

So basically in January I had a really bad week that led up to the worst anxiety attack I’ve ever had, so I went to our counseling place on campus and got referred to a psychiatrist. She prescribed me an anxiety/depression medication which I think is now finally starting to work a little bit. I’ve also been seeing a therapist once a week, which has really been helping. I think I’m doing better now (and I’m not at all in danger, don’t worry), but I’m still struggling with school.

Between school and work, my schedule is totally full, and school has been seriously bringing me down. I hope that at some point I’ll be in a place where I can guarantee I will be online every day, but it’s just not possible for me right now. I’ve never let being behind on Jacob (or my other blogs) stress me out too much, but I think it was affecting me a little bit.

I might wind up making a highly selective rp blog in the future where I only rp with people who I know fully understand my inactivity. I don’t know. I might be back on Jacob here at some point. I might remake this blog to start fresh. I haven’t decided. If I do come back here, it probably won’t be for a couple months and I will definitely be dropping threads and unfollowing people.

I love being here, but I just can’t handle the commitment of it right now. I love you all for following me for so long and all that, but I can’t be here every day and that makes me feel guilty. I just need a little break.

I would appreciate loving messages, but know that I probably won’t reply to them because even trying to message people on here was stressing me out before. Send good vibes my way and please understand my reasons for not being here.
