Zac smiled up at her weakly, feeling the warmth of her breath against his skin as she pecked kisses against his jawline and he closed his eyes gently. He could lay in her embrace forever and be the happiest man alive. Zac ran his hands down her back smoothly as she mentioned that they didn’t have to talk about his overdose again and he nodded in agreement. He was forever going to be ashamed for falling back into old habits and pulling her down with him.

Her fingers were moving slowly through his hair and it was almost putting him to sleep, his body gradually getting sleepier as he leant against her hand and closed his eyes shut. He didn’t intend to fall asleep so quickly, he wanted to stare up into his girlfriend’s beautiful eyes forever. Though he slowly did doze off, holding Kylie by the hand as he did so.

Looking down after a few minutes of complete silence in the room , she noticed how he seemed to be sleeping deeply. Zac’s face was still slightly pale and she figured out that she would let him rest for the moment. Slowly , she slipped out of his embrace and pulled the blanket to cover him , leaving a soft peck on his lips before taking a seat near his bed. Kylie took that time to make a few phone calls and cancel what she had to do for the following weeks , wanting to be there for Zac during his recovery and attendance to important events. After all, she promised it to him and now that they were back together , she wanted to do everything to keep their relationship healthy.

Kylie rolled her eyes playfully at his comment ,  laying more into his embrace as she wrapped her arms around him. “ My prince..my kind , whatever you want to label it. As long as you’re mine , I’m fine with it “ she winked up at him , giving his jaw line a few pecks here and there. During the past few weeks , they didn’t got to be around each others and the brunette really missed Zac’s kisses , touch and words. 

“ It’s ok babe..shh..let’s not talk about it again , then “ she nodded , holding his head close to her chest while her fingers were stroking his soft hair locks gently. “I’ll stay as long as you want me to , my love. I’m not going anywhere “ she whispered , kissing the top of his head. He was still weak so she continued to run her slender fingers in his hair , wondering if he’ll fall asleep. He needed to rest himself to be able to heal fast and attend the red carpets and premieres of his movies.

" Might be why I’m your girlfriend “ she teased playfully , winking down at Zac. Kylie was resting against her boyfriend’s chest , enjoying the warmth of his body. He was still really weak and it was obvious that he didn’t felt like having a chat with his family , at least not for the moment. 

Surprisingly , Zac didn’t seems to turn down her idea about him staying at her place so she could watch over him. “ Really ? that was easier than I thought “ she chuckled slightly. “ Of course I don’t - I’ll work at home so I can be able to take care of my prince charming “ she leaned down and pecked his lips softly , sitting back up straight once she heard that his family was about to leave. The brunette gently hugged back Zac’s mother and waved goodbye at him father and brother , already liking how they seemed to accept her a little more than the first moment they saw her. 

“ Oh come on , be nice “ she chuckled along with her boyfriend , gently stroking his cheek. “ You scared the shit out of me..promise me it won’t happen again , please ? “ Kylie asked , bitting down on her lower lips as she met his eyes.
