CANADA FIRE

So the reason why I'm wearing this mask while I'm biking to work is because Canada is dealing this a wild life, and you can literally smell it in the air if you're around northern VA.

But other news guy's my fitness journey with Jaime is going pretty good, I'm working out and feeling more fit then ever. Like if you wanna learn more then be free to send me a message, but if its gonna be something really stupid then I'm not gonna answer it.

Plus I'm going to be going to TAMPA FL in a few months to explore and meet new people, I've been working a lot and don't use my vacation days tnat much so going down south to relax and heal will help me, ill post more details about it in another post.

Absolutely had a great time in MD for a week!I got to explore this amazing casino hotel and a a few shops at the mall! Woke up to a beautiful sunrise while I was out of town, I don't tell people where I went. But it absolutely felt nice to get out of the house and away from the family. Went for a 16 mile hike in WV, VA, and, MD all at once. I was very sore after that but some food and sleep really helped me. And hige thanks to my grandmother to the beautiful sunrise, she is always looking down on me and did a great job giving me a sunrise.

Muscles and tats on woman have been my favorite thing! I don't like them too buffed like them bodybuilders, but some muscles is just the perfect touch for me...... what kind of music do you think she is listening too?

Huge thank to @mikeboulrice for taking me out for this 12 mile hike at the @manassasnps!

After having this wonderful gentle ask me if I wanted to go for a 12 mile hike at the cool bomattle field I've never been to I couldn't say no because it was a beautiful day and I enjoyed ever minutes of it. I'm ready for more adventures once its a bit more warmer out and I'm so glad I didn't fall and have this short branch go into me.

OH MY GOSH PEOPLE THAT TIME OF THE SEASON IN SALEM MA IS HAPPENING AGAIN!!!! Yes guy's I had to use capital letters so you can read and the music by @dwtd makes this video beyond perfect. A few years ago they didn't do this because of the whole covid BS thing that was going on but now thing opened up and people are looking scary without their halloween costumes and masks on.

If you have never been to SALEM during the October then I suggest you put it on your bucket list and head on down because this is something worth coming too.
