Dear Fellow Writer,

I want to say thank you. I feel privileged that we were matched and you will be taking a glimpse at my prompts and writing a fic. I sincerely hope that somewhere in there you find muse that will carry you on in the coming months. I strived to inspire but not be too specific with my suggestions. Overall, I want you to feel free to take these prompts in any direction you want. I am looking forward to anything that you write!

Overall, I love angst. Sad or happy ending. Soulmate fics. Almost any time period or setting. I love for characters to be challenged physically and emotionally. For them to struggle against the pull of fate only to end up together (or not). I like to see the growth of a character. I won’t lie to you, I like reading eating disorder or self harm fics. Seeing a character go from so low that they have harmful habits and watching them fight against everything they are feeling and, with the help of friends and family, overcoming that ultimate low point is addicting. 

I also love dorkiness! Bantering, snark, play wrestling. Casual pop culture references. Nerdy characters. The “Stiles” or (if you haven’t seen teen wolf) the best friend who always has that one liner that breaks the tension. 

What I love the most about writing kpop fics is the theme of brotherhood, friendship, close ties, the strength of relationships being tested. They become so close within in their group and then testing that group dynamic makes for a great story. This is also why I love OT3.

Lastly, I love taking a character and dropping them into the most uncomfortable situations and watching them work their way out of it in one piece. Don’t make your characters safe. Make them scared, worried, depressed, sad, afraid for their life, stressed, unable to sleep, bored. 

Okay, that’s a lot, but don’t be overwhlemed! You can do it! I believe in you. And most of all, thank you in advance for your time.
