hello everyone i know i've taken a VERY long break from this account, but i will finally officially leaving this side of tumblr behind as i'm doing well in recovery and need to get back on my own feet again, if you'd like to keep in touch i have a list of my other active accounts on my pinned.
i hope everyone who sees this knows that there's always someone out there who loves you, even if it's just some stranger on the internet like me lol, you all mean a lot to me, thank you for being an outlet and a safe place to me for years. i hope you all one day gather the strength to get better and be well, please take care and drink some water :))

- talked to my therapist about my eating disorder and she was not surprised at all actually skfjdj, she was like "i mean the reason u self harm in other ways is to feel a sense of control so a restrictive ed does make sense"
- i need to get a physical test done but atm i don't have the time so idk when i'm gonna do that UH OH
- over the past month i lost 5 pounds in "recovery" i really wanna give up tbh bcs it's just all so hard i want to die every day
- APPARENTLY IM SHORTER THAN I THOUGHT I WAS AND SO I RECALCULATED MY STATS INTO THE BMI CALCULATOR AND IT SAID I WASNT UNDERWEIGHT ANYMORE AND I HAD THE BIGGEST BREAKDOWN OF MY LIFE THAT NIGHT
- exams are beating my ASS i need to get a 70 in my psych class and i'm nowhere near that help
