I didn't have time to relax. I'm more of a soak-it-all-up kind of girl. I explored, I did some extreme sports, I joined all the activities. I wasn't about to let anyone say I didn't enjoy every single attraction. I had the best time, but guess what? Now I'm back home and completely exhausted. Now I actually need time to relax and recover. I think I underestimated the fact that I'm not in my 20s anymore. did you have fun? are you back at home? how depressing is leaving the vacay mood?

well, i love to hear it and it does sound like you really made the most of the trip which is definitely something you should do. i agree, i also had the best time. might take time to recover from it all but hoping you do nicely. i get it and right there with you. i did and had the best time — not quite at home though, away with someone as they travel, but not doing half as much for sure. i'd say it's bittersweet.

Think today was sort of the highlight of the trip. Think I took enough selfies to last a lifetime but the view on top of that lighthouse was just too good to pass up on. Those waterslides were quite a thrill too. Was a little hesitant at first as they're like so high, eventhough I'm not afraid of heights it was still a little terrifying. Summer is fast approaching and I am both looking forward to it, and dreading it. The heat while I usually love it, don't know how much I'm going to love it this summer. I am looking forward to Mexico though. Are you looking forward to it? I do love gardening in the summer. Getting to read a book by the pool. Nothing breakout amazing but it's something I enjoy.

why don't you think you'll enjoy it this summer ? yes, mexico was amazing and i loved every moment of it. how was it all for you ? do anything really fun ? for me the best parts had to be just catching up with people i haven't gotten to for a bit or wanted a chance with again. i also can't disagree — a good book by the pool is always a good time to me.

are you someone on trips that really soaks it up, doesn't as much as you can or someone that tends to mostly relax — a mix of both is also an option, might i add. i'd say i'm the mix of both. i soak up what i can but also never want to forget to truly relax as well. ( @eizagzlz )
