fatigue and physical disability that makes you tired or burnt out is a big obstacle to maintaining relationships. sorry i didn't reply i was sleeping. or exhausted. or in a flare up. i'd message when i feel better but that's never going to happen. there's no spare energy to even breathe. the only way to keep up with people is to drag yourself into having conversations or doing activities while exhausted, knowing full well that this will make you more tired.
