(Ooc: this is a role play account for one of Avie’s oc’s, Liam Calloway! Feel free to drop asks)

Hi guys, my names Liam Calloway and I’m a hufflepuff 7th year. I’m head boy and I was chaser on the hufflepuff team before becoming beater this year. The year is currently 1891.

My mother…we don’t talk about. And I never knew my dad all that well so I was taken in as a legal orphan by my half sisters mum, Ida. Cariad is my half sister and she’s genuinely one of my favourite people in the world aside from my future wife, Eloise Babbit ( @myokk )My best mate is Leo Babbit so that works pretty well for me. Oh and I have this absolutely massive golden retriever called Bailey.

As you can tell from the username, I’m passionate about baking- so expect to see baking content. I attempted this on a site called TikTok (Ooc: I haven’t ever used TikTok personally) but people kept commenting ‘raw’ even though my brownies were perfectly cooked so I’m hoping that it’ll be different here or at least there will be explained criticisms.

Oh, and I love marine life so I’ll likely end up by the sea in later life after I graduate. I’d like to become a magizoologist because I love animals but we’ll see what happens with my NEWT results.

here’s my brownies

200g chocolate and 200g butter. Melt it.

In Another bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar, a drop of vanilla extract, a dribble of milk and 3 eggs, mixing them all together

You add your melted chocolate and butter mix to your egg mixture and stir well before adding your dry ingredients- a half cup of plain flour and a quarter cup of hot chocolate mix

This is pre oven, which was preheated to to gas mark 6- I decorated the top with flake and dairy milk chunks because I felt indulgent

And this is the finished result after 10 minutes gas mark 6 + 10 minutes gas mark 7. And definitely NOT raw.

since SOME of y’all commented ‘raw’ in my brownie baking video a while back, I’ve made brownies again to prove they’re most definitely not raw.
