This is Wineho, he chose his name. He is the reason I have this blog.

We got a new case!

(that's Boss on the old one)

The old one was a meat case for a deli, it was old and not what we needed. The new one is shiny and easy to load, it has four doors (vs the two the old one had), everything fits, it's beautiful.

This seems like a good start for this blog. This is going to be a collection of stories from the kitchen of our bakery.

We recently lost our Vegan and Superhero, these are going to be stories I wish they could be apart of. (they're not dead, just not working with us anymore)
