J’s last baseball game is this week and I’m not going to lie I’m pretty sad. He’s done so well this season! He’s improved so much and he’s so excited about it. He hit his first home run and when all his teammates came out to home plate to celebrate his face was priceless!! I’m really glad we made the switch to this new league even if I was hesitant at first. He’s made some great friends too! He has a tournament in July that he was asked to play in so that boosted his confidence. He’s always been good at baseball but he’s never played at this level before these kids play on 3-4 different teams and travel everywhere. He’s still unsure if he wants to play travel ball but we will talk about that next season.
We will still be at the ball field everyday until the end of June though because C,F,A all have minor league games until the end of June and M has a few tball games in between but then at the end of June we are all done.
Kenny opened the pool yesterday so they are all excited for that to be ready. Except for I she still hates the water.
I have to do my glucose test in the next few weeks and get my blood work done where I will undoubtedly be told I am anemic. I’ve been taking my iron and flinstone vitamins on top of it but I can tell it’s not making it to where they want I to be. So far this pregnancy has been going fast but I just know August and July are going to be so slow because we don’t have as much to do so I’m mentally preparing myself for that.
