I’ve changed the size in various ways but this issue always persists, notice the top of the head is cut off in the gif preview and the character itself is completely whole in the program.

Hmm, maybe try changing the 5th option (The Y option)? Maybe mess with that and see if it’ll help?

Mm, that just moves the character around, still missing the top of his head.

This is really weird. I've also re-imported the psd file and adjusted the various blocks so nothing would be cut out, but it doesn't change how the exporting image works.

Wonder if anyone else gets this problem?

My biggest fans are the ones who don't try to guilt trip me with their title of being a 'fan', and understand I wont be altering my stories for money unless I choose to do so and when they follow my rules.
