Aaaaaaw you’re so sweet!!!
that kid i ran into on the street just graduated and there's a haunted look in his eyes
Reminds me of an old RP I did with @baby-panda-yugi where Yugi becomes a teacher at Duel Academy and spends most of his time screaming at the other teachers for letting this happen to the kids
Outing myself for not touching that account in forever (I'm sorry I promise I'm alive the account just died and I never found the inspiration to revive it 😭🫶🏻♥️)
But I also needed to say that the Duel Acadamy rp was definitely one of my favorites. My personal favorite bit was Yugi just straight up threatening to punch Chancellor Shepherd out cold with NO REMORSE
And, lesbians be rich, that punch is DESERVED!
Can we all agree Shepherd is the real villain of GX?

Having my OC date Mako is so funny to me I just realised.
Imagine the conversations that would happen when she finally tells Yugi they’re dating
“Why can’t you be happy for me!?”
“You’re dating the guy who threw a harpoon at me!!”
“You threw a harpoon at my brother!?!?”
“Come on, Starfish, it was one time!!”
counting on you!

Hamuko asks as she lies on the floor, her limbs sprawled in a star shape
Unprompted | Always accepting
Makoto was reading a manga on his bed and stared down at his sister upon hearing her voice. "I want to go on a train somewhere far away and never come back." He closed it and sat up.
"I can pull the carpet and wrap you up in a burrito or I can lie down next to you. If you do it long enough, maybe the earth will finally open up and swallow us."
In other words, he shared her sentiment as happy as he was with his friends and relationship.
Ham patted the spot of carpet beside her head as a way of confirming which choice she preferred. As much as she liked being a burrito she would prefer if they just became starfish together for a bit.
She smiled and hugged Yukari “I think that’s a great idea… I think it’ll make him happy to know a treasured story he wrote during our time together has become an important ritual for our kids… it’s like he’s the pink alligator and we’re the animals appreciating the oasis he made…”
She could’ve sworn she could feel his smile… when it was warm and genuine it felt like the sun itself. She looked over her shoulder and saw just the other side of the bed, the bedside table, the book, the lamp… and yet she still felt him there
“You would’ve loved him Yukari…” she smiled “he was a good friend!”
Yukari nodded. "Yeah... it's a good analogy when you put it like that. Since the pink alligator died in the end... I'm sure he was a good friend to all the animals there. And to you too." She returned the hug eagerly and nestled her head into the crook of her neck. "So, he's still watching over us, I'm sure. Just like..."
She paused to look at her dad's framed picture on her bedside table with a misty look in her eyes. Her heart ached still after all these years. "My dad and your parents. I would've liked to have met Akinari too, actually. I swear you made friends with everyone back then." She laughed softly.
"It's funny how we're older now and with kids now, huh? I couldn't imagine my life without you once I realized how much I loved you. Ah geez, I'm being so cheesy right now... ignore me."
"Yeah... I think it would be nice if our parents met in the afterlife. From what you've told me about your dad I think he and my dad would get along... I know mom would love Akinari-san" Hamuko sighed as she pulled Yukari onto her lap.
"NEVER!" she teased when Yukari asked to be ignored, pushing her onto the mattress and climbing on top of her "We deserve to be cheesy after everything we've been through!!"
She started kissing her neck "Say it! say you deserve to be happy!!"
Grandma Mutou and Baby Yami Commission for the Dad Yami and Baby Yugi Story!
i hate them. so much.
"SHIT SHIT WRONG CHAT" (From Makoto to Shinji or Hamuko)
“Makopi acts like he’s so cool but I know he dances all the way to his room after his shower without putting on clothes”
SHIT SHIT SHIT THIS WAS MEANT TO BE HERS AND YUKARI’S SECRET!!
Now Makoto knows that she knows!!!
Send “SHIT SHIT WRONG CHAT” and my muse will send a message your muse wasn’t supposed to see
Hamuko hummed and pulled Yukari close as she kissed her, looking lovingly in her eyes.
“I would love that… you’re the perfect model…”
She smiled and leaned into the hold and pulled open her album, showing photos she took rather than paparazzi cuttings of her wife she enjoyed scrapbooking.
“It’s been going really well… I’ve been thinking a lot about Akinari… about what he would do if he was here right now and it motivates me to want to make something. I guess I thought by taking pictures I can remember what an incredible life we’ve lived. Not only that but that we did live…”
She looked to the pink alligator book on the dresser and smiled sadly “do you think he’s proud? Do you think he’d forgive me and his mother for publishing his story?”
Her smile was a little sadder now. "Aw... Akinari-san. I remember you talking about him. I'm sure he'll be happy to know that his story was published and has reached so many people who feel the same. Whether they are sick or not, I don't know but they can find some comfort in reading it. At least, that's how I feel."
Yukari didn't know him personally, but it's definitely a big loss for Hamuko since they were such good friends and he entrusted her with his book before he passed on.
"We can read it to our kids when they get sleepy. It's a nice and sad story, but they won't know the difference until they're older. It's a good idea, don't you think?"
She smiled and hugged Yukari “I think that’s a great idea… I think it’ll make him happy to know a treasured story he wrote during our time together has become an important ritual for our kids… it’s like he’s the pink alligator and we’re the animals appreciating the oasis he made…”

A big, almost heavy sigh left her lips. She may be older now, but her height was still a problem sometimes. Hamuko wasn't helping. "Yes, yes, I get it... I'm still short, but less bitter." A lot less since they had a family together. She leaned in to kiss her, not wanting to leave her hanging. "Though you are shorter than me... I still love you."
Ham giggled and gave her a smooch. “Blood and glitter, sweet and bitter!”
She adjusted her feather pink uniform. “Knock ‘em dead, babe!”
Hamuko giggled and patted her wife on the head “hey don’t wish their lives away!!”
She chuckled and pulled Yukari close. “I never imagined I would get to have a life like this… you’ve made me so happy Yukari…”
She looked at the photos again. “I couldn’t ask for anything more. A fulfilling job as a photographer, a beautiful wife, two beautiful children and beautiful friends…”
She couldn’t stop smiling “I love being alive!!”
"I'm not," She laughed, leaning against her. "But I'm happy you're alive with me... with us. I didn't know what I would do without you." She closed her eyes to relax and think back on everything they had gone through together. From that fateful night at the hospital with Hamuko and Shinji clinging to dear life until she became the donor to their life as an engaged and now married couple.
"Say, how's your job coming along? If you need my help, I'd be happy to model for you, Miss Photographer." She pecked her cheek and lips next. "Seriously, you're so amazing. It's like you have a natural talent for this!"

She looked to the pink alligator book on the dresser and smiled sadly “do you think he’s proud? Do you think he’d forgive me and his mother for publishing his story?”
Hamuko smiled and rolled over to wrap her arms around Yukari as she did her nails.
“Nooooo don’t leeeeeeeeave”
She smiled and picked up the magazine with Yukari and Hamuko on the front cover holding a Bub each. Hamuko holding Sakuya and Yukari holding Kotone.
The title “Go, Go, Mom Ranger” in bold text.
“Well at least you won’t fade out of the spotlight while on maternity leave and will get some roles” Hamuko thought out loud “The press seems to love us”
She sat up and started to cut out the magazine page to add to her scrap book.
“Plus it saves us having to get professional family photos done!”
Her wife was so dramatic even now that she had to laugh a little. Ten years together and counting got them getting married and gaining a family of twins. Everything was so perfect with Hamuko by her side. Looking at the magazine cover, and what she was doing, filled her heart with so much joy.
Journalists and the press sure loved the new additions and ate it up, thus giving her more roles in the future. She was happy, of course, but a break from all the stress was definitely needed.
"You're right. I just hope they won't stress me out too much. I don't want to pass out as soon as I get home, and not have any time for you guys."
As for the family photos, she also had a good point. "You are doing a great job there. God, can you imagine what they'll look like growing up? They'll have to go to middle school, high school... college. I'm getting emotional just thinking about it! They're so precious, aren't they?" She leaned her head on her shoulder affectionately.
Hamuko giggled and patted her wife on the head “hey don’t wish their lives away!!”
She chuckled and pulled Yukari close. “I never imagined I would get to have a life like this… you’ve made me so happy Yukari…”
