Genuine. Mutual between two characters. Shows aged acquaintanceship and trust and that they each have not just friend but Special fellow mature friend status. Often soft or comforting or supportive, but can also be casual fondness.

Murderous maniac uses it on someone who has actually successfully stood up to their bullshit many times (who also has very severe emotional damage and trauma related to said maniac). Not used mutually.
