hi i was just wondering since you’ve made ur own grass re texture if u knew if it’s possible to for example make the grass and terrain textures from copperdale defaulted for willow creek? or if u know of any tutorials on how to do that thanks! :)

hi, sorry it took me an age to answer this! since there are so many terrain replacements the hard work of finding each instance is already done! you just replace the dst images in any grass override file with the ones from the world you want. they can be found in the directory Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4. navigate to the EP of your choice and open the clientfullbuild. somewhere in there, you'll find the textures used for the terrain

i went ahead and made a copperdale default replacement (left) and a moonwood mill one (right)

there were 2 grass images i found for copperdale, if you meant the lighter one just let me know and i'll fix it

I'm trying to get used to the default grass so my game runs better but it's SUCH A BRIGHT GREEN IT HURTS MY EYES! Maybe I need to learn to mod to make a maxis match grass replacement for older worlds...

My game broke. I tried to fix it for hours, then gave up and decided to start again from scratch. But that means I have to say goodbye to my old legacies (tried to bring them back mod-free and still didn't work). Also many savefiles worth of builds.

Midas moved with his boyfriend Rufus to Gibbi Point. GOSH that place is pretty! Since gen 4 isn't allowed to have a job, I decided to do a Rags to Richess type of challenge with them. Good thing they're outdoorsy!

...I completely forgot he could still get pregnant.

GEN 3: Bailey Dull 💅

I love to overanalyze my sims like they're real people.

I realised that if Sienna were a real person, she'd be trilingual! She grew up in Nordhaven = Swedish/Dutch, moved back to Ciudad Enamorada as a teen = Spanish, and now lives in San Sequoia = mostly English.

Spanish probably feels most natural to her because of her family but her ex husband only speaks English. Also I imagined her other dad to be Pakistani = spoke Urdu. Unfortunately he died when she was a toddler so she probably doesn't remember the language but is trying to keep this side of her culture alive, hence the henna tattoo.

So she's half Afro-Latina, half South-Asian & has lived in three different countries. She's also a doctor, a mother of four, and is exploring her sexuality after divorcing her husband. I love her 🧡
