But Matthew is an Americanized version of the name Matfei (Mattathyahu/Mattithiah)

Matfei, in turn, will sound like Matvey (mat-VAY) in Russian and Mate (MAH-teh) in Georgian

So now in my little universe foreigner's name is Mate/Matvey. I just feel bad calling him "Wireface", cool nickname, but too blunt
