If anyone uses the wrong pronouns it's usually just a mistake or they headcanon the character as a different gender. Neither of those things is a crime and the fictional character is certainly not going to be upset that they were misgendered, so please, shut up. If it's rude to correct people on their grammar and spelling and rude to tell people how to play with dolls, then it's rude to tell someone they shouldn't use certain pronouns. Yes, they KNOW the character goes by they/them in canon. They still want to use he/him.
