I decided to do something that was difficult for me. I am a hypocrite. I was preaching to not us AI while being an AI user via still using duolingo despite knowing. I thought since my specific lessons didnt look AI then it was not a problem, but in reality it was. Boycott all AI brands. Duo is AI first. They care more about their computer ai's then people!

I used to use AI before learning the harms of AI. I used to use character AI to role-play because I was scared of people. Does that make it right? No. Can I akgnwolage i changed once I learned the harm? Yes

Artificial Intelligence used the same amount of fresh water in 2025 that the entire water bottle industry did.

AI also released the same amount of carbon pollution as all of New York in 2025.

Think about that before you use it to turn yourself into a holiday card in a glittery pantsuit posing with candy canes.

Do you really trust Google to keep your photos safe? Do they really trust putting a flimsy thing saying dont do thing agaisnt the law is going to stop people?

I hate the rise of AI in every aspect of our lives. Google searches automated with AI responses. Chat GPT, Gemini, Grok, and the countless other AI systems taking our water and precious resources away. AI takes so much more water to run and to keep the system cool that areas around the AI data centers are suffering

I will not be enabling this AI tool just like I don't enable any of them. Ai needs to be denormalized

In case you still think regularly using AI is okay. The World Health Organization has officially announed we are entering our first era of water bankruptcy. We are running out of freshwater (drinkable water) at alarming rates and will see our first water shortages in the next few years. You will not be able to drink water in your home, or shower, or do laundry etc. You should not only be not using it, not consuming it but educating vulnerable family and friends on the dangers and impacts. This is SOON. Trump has defunded the national weather service and our national parks and so you’re not hearing about the constant demolition on our previously protected land and water sources. Please be educating yourselves.
