do you have any art tips? you’re able to make your drawings look so life-like and accurate! i feel like when i try to draw realism, it never ends up looking like them and ends up a little uncanny instead?

Hello, I appreciate the compliment! When I first started I had the same issue, in fact I still struggle with it a bit now.

The best thing I can recommend is to practice working with the Loomis head model. Understanding the planes of the face is very helpful in improving proportions as well as getting you comfortable with different angles and stuff.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes and make 'bad' art. It's not bad art if you're improving with each piece! It's you learning!

I opted for b&w because i really didn’t feel like coloring everything, but i also enjoy the look of a good b&w comic so 🤷‍♀️.

This is for that AU I posted way back when, with El meeting Max in California rather than Hawkins. I’ve got (at the minimum) 10 parts of plot. If this does well then I’ll consider making this a regular thing. Thanks my fellow banana-nites.
