His first invitation in-- well, forever, he could say easily-- was actually being accepted. He very well couldn’t turn her down, even if he didn’t know her-- but he did, so saying “yes” was a whole lot easier; Dare he say, he was elated at the fact that she’d invited him over.

The only issue was that his gentle, tiny knocks on the door weren’t being answered. Naturally, he was a bit concerned-- He was patient, yes, but he couldn’t help but think over worst case scenarios and the like. He was a worrywart.

The door wasn’t locked; That didn’t ease his guilt upon poking his head inside, though. He still felt as if he were intruding.

→ “ ... ”

Oh. Well, it appeared that Rin was busy. He hadn’t really taken any time to figure out just what she was doing with someone who looked..

Uh. Just like him.

He just ever so casually covered his eyes and mumbled an apology. “Um-- Do forgive me for intruding-- ”

The android noticed the other in the distance. From afar, the robot mistakenly thought that he was a fellow android. Len ran up to the other, "Ah..! Excuse me!"

→ “ Huh? ”

Well, this was unexpected. The blonde had turned to see an individual who looked.. strangely similar to himself. Dressed in a different outfit, yes, but the similarities between their bodies wasn’t cast out of his thoughts by any means. It startled him, to put it simply— last time this had happened, it hadn’t ended very well. Then again, it hadn’t started well, either.. That might’ve had a helping hand in it. “Ahn— Yes?” He stammered, looking the android up and down a few times in a sad attempt not to stare— It was really hard not to do so; He felt as if he were looking into a mirror.

“It will probably be a fairly long time before I meet another android anyway. And no matter how ‘weird’ your personality is, it is still one that I can use. Something is better than nothing,” The android inspected the human closely, “I will be closely observing your likes and dislikes, your sense of fashion, the food you eat, the way you speak, how you interact with others, how you handle varying situations, and so on. In return I will try to the best of my ability to aid you in any way, shape, or form. I will also attempt to answer any questions you have about my kind as clearly as possible.”

“That being said, you are now my base. Please treat me kindly.”

He said it almost hesitantly, going over everything the other had just said a few more times in his head as he tried to keep his expression lacking in discomfort-- he naturally disliked being watched, but he supposed this wasn’t really a normal case of such. He was just helping, right? Helping this android develop into whom he wished to be. It was that simple. “Do as you need to, you have my permission.” He said with a small nod of his head, though a glint of uncertainty appeared in his eyes. “..Though, I must ask that you refrain from-- U-Um, touching me,” He asked in the most polite way he could, his dreaded stutter leaking back into his words as he fidgeted. He hadn’t even thought of that, but he was naturally jittery when it came to touching. He was jumpy enough as it was-- any more, and he might totally disfigure this poor android’s soon-to-be personality. He didn’t really care to explain himself, however. He just didn’t want to be touched.

→ “ You needn’t worry about that. I treat people how I’d want to be treated, and the same applies to you. I assure you that no harsh behavior will come against you. ”

He finished, figuring that assurance of any sort would be good for the other-- Who knows, maybe this android was just as uncertain as he was? He obviously had the ability to feel, did he not?
