1. People are mean to me. They are a reflection of us.
2. Things just happen and I have no control over them. We create the reality we’re experiencing.
3. Diseases are inevitable. We can take action to prevent diseases.
4. I can’t control how I feel. How we feel is influenced by what we do with our time.
