They were on a stroll after dinner. Silvery moonlight fell on them and wind softly caressed their skin.

Coolio looked at the boy beside him from under his lashes. He couldn’t tear his eyes off him so all he could do was try to subtly stare at his beautiful face without being caught in the act.

He sighed.

Taehyung was the sort of boy who had everybody at his feet. Admittedly he could be a bit annoying but not even Coolio himself could resist his charms. However, he was leaving for Korea tomorrow and tonight’s dinner would be the last time in years that the two could see each other.

Suddenly Taehyung stopped in his tracks, making Coolio falter as well. He turned to the rapper and spoke in broken English, his Korean accent deeply mixed into it, “I-I miss you.”

Coolio felt his cheeks heat up. “I-It’s not like I’ll m-miss you too, p-pabo.”

Taehyung’s face fell and Coolio felt guilt crawling into his skin. Oh screw it, he thought.

“Turn up?”

Surprise fleeted across Taehyung’s face briefly before a grin appeared on his lips. “Turn up.”

Maybe ‘turn up’ will be their ‘always’.
