Personality: Preserved, defensive, and cold. Does not like the mention of his past or his banishment.

Appearance: Black braided hair [only resemblance of his mother,] tanned skin, a scar over his left eye [as a result of Poseidon's blinding,] scars over his neck and back [fighting+training]

Wears a white tunic with a red cloak/hood, with bandages over his wrists and ankles.

Carries a dagger on his belt at all times [a gift from Antinous.]

The sea brushed upon the shore more calm and controlled than usual. It was like the harsh waves and tides were being held back by a force, but he couldn’t see it... until he walked a bit further and saw her.

She danced in the moonlight like no one was watching, a blue glow seemingly following her as she danced and sang. Her dancing was beautifully controlled and graceful, and the water seemed to move where she moved.

"Go to sleep, my baby sleep," she sang, a lullaby that her mother had sang to her as she grew up. "Where has she gone off to? I can hear her crying out..."

Telemachus watched from a distance, picking at his teeth with his dagger. When he was close enough, he spat his blood into the sea, which made the water fade into a dark red.

"What a beautiful voice you have," Telemachus commented, his scarred eye cold and unmoving as he stared at the woman. "Are you a siren?" He asked.

The girl paused. She then turned with a confused expression, the tide suddenly crashing down again. Seems like one person wasn't happy to see them, and it wasn't her.

She wore a beautiful white dress topped with a blue shawl around her arms that followed her as she moved, her black hair cascading down her back. She didn't expect to be caught in this state, so admittedly, she was a bit embarrassed.

But she collected herself. "If that's what you wish to call me." She smiled. "Do tell me when you find a siren with legs, though."

Telemachus hummed, sitting down at the shore. He spat in the sea water again, an expression on his face that carried warning.

"I've heard some can shapeshift," he replied after a moment, his dagger in his hand. "So are you one, then?

The girl smiled and spun, the blue glow following her body. "I'm glad you think I'm as beautiful as one~"

She noticed the water’s restlessness and sighed, closing her eyes as the tide receded again. The water seemed to respond, even if it seemed to be fighting with her to stay calm.

"But no. I'm the ocean's daughter, but not a siren." She opened her eyes and smiled, even though her eyes glowed an unnatural blue.

"Hm... intriguing," Telemachus mumbled, looking up at the woman.

"...What's your name, daughter of the ocean?" He asked.

"Inquisitive, aren't we?" She smiled and stepped further into the sea, the water gently rushing past her legs.

"Seafoam." She smiled softly. "The name my father gifted me."

Ithaca. It's almost as terrible as how he described it. I dragged myself through the marketplace. I was here for one thing. One man.

I slipped through the busy markets as I headed to the palace's courtyard. The courtyard was a chaos of men. Loud, desperate, mouths filled with wine-stained breath and their fists itching for violence. Squabbling like dogs over a bone.

"Pathetic."

I muttered under my breath, hand tightening on the shaft of my glaive.

Then I saw a boy, he stood apart from the pack. Not by much, but just enough to catch my eye. He looked about my age, maybe a bit younger. I strode toward him, slow and deliberate.

I pulled my cloak tighter, the edge of my blade gleaming faintly under the folds.

"You."

I called out, voice low but firm.

“You look like you’ve got half a brain, unlike these dogs. Mind telling me who runs places around here?"

Telemachus held the goblet of wine in his hands, watching the dark crimson liquid twirl around.

Hearing the man call him, he looked up. His gaze was cold and cut off, considering the scar over his left eye.

"No one runs the place in this den of wolves," Telemachus muttered, the golden ring around his finger glistening.

Iris somehow managed to get some fast food and was eating with Tele. Wonderful husband-wife bonding time.

Iris hummed and looked at him, smiling a little seeing him hold a fry in his mouth. "Are you.. gonna eat that or share?"

Telemachus shrugged. "Maybe," he mumbled, chewing on the fry. "It's a bit salty," he commented.

Iris paused for a minute before she leaned in, trying to take the fry from his mouth. "Sharing is caring~" she pouts.

"Hey," Telemachus leaned back. "I'll get you another fry."

"I want yours." She leaned in more, trying to take the one from his mouth. She moved to grab his cheeks to get a better angle to grab it. "Cmon, hun.."

"Iris-" Telemachus choked, picking up another fry from the table. "C'mon, just eat this one."

Iris paused for a moment, like she was actually contemplating it before pressing her lips against his, giving him a kiss and stealing his fry in the process.

She pulled away and licked her lips, grinning. "Nah."

"Mmph-!" Telemachus yelped. His hand instinctively held Iris's face, his thumb brushing over her cheek.

After she pulled away, he laughed. "Did you really have to get my fry?"

"Mmhm~ Sharing is caring." She took the fry from his hand and popped it in her mouth casually.

Telemachus grinned. "You're always so sly," he commented, popping a fry into his mouth.

"Says you." She leaned in, pressing another kiss to his lips. "You loove it when I'm sly and annoying, don't you?" She purred.

"Maybe, maybe not," Telemachus shrugged, his voice teasing. He gently returned her kiss, a smile on his face.

"The fuck you mean maybe?" She huffs, moving away from him and taking a fry for herself. "Okay, fuck you."

Iris watches him quietly before leaning in, pulling his cloak and pressing a soft kiss to his lips. "Stop pouting. I love you, idiot.."

"Alright, I got it... You love me," he laughed.

"Well, because you take–Mwah!–shit so damn–Mmh–seriously.." She rolled her eyes, one hand running through his hair.

"You clearly can't take sarcasm.." she sighed against his lips. "I'm gonna have to, like, I dunno, act all cute and lovey lovey just so you don't get all sad again.."

Telemachus gently kissed her lips, before mumbling. "Sorry, love... I don't why I've grown so... Sensitive," he sighed. "Am I that soft now...? I don't know if it's a bad thing..."

"Is soft really that bad to you?" She asked softly. She adjusted herself as she sat in his lap, lifting his chin.

"Let me ask this, love. What do you think? Do you agree with how Antinous raised you to and how you were before we met?" She tilted her head. "Do you want to be soft like this? I mean, I did admit to soften you up.. and if you don't like that, I'm sorry."

"I know my gentle style can be.. weird, and you're still not used to it. If me being mean and kind as well can be strange, then I can do whatever makes you comfortable."

Telemachus leaned into Iris's touch, a soft sigh escaping his lips. His eye, crimson and brown, looked into hers.

"I love it. Truly, I... I love that you've made me soft. The thing I'm worried about is... Becoming weaker. It'll feel like all that training was... For nothing."

Iris smiled softly. She pressed a small kiss to his nose, gentle like she's always been with him. "You can use the training when it comes to real threats."

"That training.. wasn't really that to me, anyway. More like a sick way of abusing you under the guise of making you stronger."

Telemachus sighed in content. He loved it when Iris was gentle with him like this. It made him feel... Safe. Secure. That it was alright to be vulnerable.

He sighed at Iris's comment. "True. Antinous was an asshole... Even when I was a sobbing mess, he'd ask me to get up and punch the wall," Telemachus showed his bruised and scarred knuckles to Iris. "See?"

She asked softly. She tried to keep her tone light and less concerned, just to keep him from getting upset or even setting him off.

"Worried, but not mad. I expect it." She smiled softly. "You can't forget old habits from your childhood. Especially if it's something a guardian taught you.." she mumbled. She seemed out of it near that last part, but she shook it off. It wasn't about her, afterall.

Iris sighed, running a hand through his charcoal black hair. She gently kissed his temple, humming a small tune. Even if she said she'd stop singing, he and Penny were always exceptions.

Telemachus relaxed. He loved being in his beloved's arms, while she hummed a sweet tune.

Maybe he had grown a bit soft. Maybe he was weak. But he wouldn't care, if it was for Iris and Penny.

He loved both of them, so much. And he wouldn't trade them for anything.
