need to remember that if someone thinks I am incapable of doing something, the best thing I can do is prove them wrong

finally learning to welcome and appreciate not yet being skilled at certain activities. letting go of frustration and feelings of inadequacy - room for improvement and growth should be a driving force in life, not fear

this is intially about climbing but surely extending to all aspects of life
