I know this will probably never be read, but I just want you guys to know that I loved this directory. It was my very first directory and I've had a muse in there at all times. I'm writing this only now because I didn't know how to word my thoughts until now. I loved how everybody was a huge family. I don't think I'll ever find a directory, I'll love as much as I loved Bansin. The gods, the demigods, the goat, mushu, the cricet. Those were the best two years of my life. Thank you.

A farewell

It's with a heavy heart that I officially close Bansin. I apologize deeply to the few who anticipated the return of this directory, and I would like to thank the previous, returning, and newer members for all the never-ending support.

I wish each and every one of you guys the best in your roleplay experiences and your overall life.

Honestly, I spent the last two days debating on whether this will be worth the efforts to revive this place. If people want this directory to come back, I am willing to put forth the effort. But that’s only if people want it.

Closed

As a last attempt to revive Bansin, the directory will once again be temporarily closing down. I will do everything I can to get Bansin back up and running, in turn, I ask for patience.

And hopefully, the efforts made won't be in vain.

Things to know:

Everyone who has been active during the month of October (since the 1st) will have their spot reserved for them. Their spot will be held for 3 days after the reopening.

Those on hiatus: Your spot will be held until the said date of your return.

Once Bansin reopens, those with the same storyline, character, and god parent do not need to re-apply. Just send a message to the directory within those 3 days stating that your character is returning to Bansin. (Only those who apply to the first bullet applies to this.) Note that those who do not wish to re-apply will not get a welcome post.

The expected completion will be October 20th, 2014.

Depending on the results of the reopening, and the weeks that follow will determine the fate of Bansin.

can a demigod come to this academy after having met their divine parent? lets say they are a minor god or goddess and have appeared for their child before?

Yes! You're allowed to have met your parent prior before joining the academy. In fact, your Godly parent could have been the one nudging you into Bansin's direction. As long as it doesn't interfere with Greek mythology, or the powers/descriptions we have provided for your parent, you are allowed to incorporate it in your plot.
