Hey there folks, this is where you can find stuff in the Stash. Not everything Iāve posted will be here, just works that are larger, that Iām fond of, or at least I think aged rather well.
Sorted by fandom (original fiction stuff will get its own post once more is ready), and then series. Multichapters will have a wordcount.
Mostly a mix of A Hat In Time, Amphibia, Promare, Brave Animated (Netflix), Murder Drones, Fire Emblem, and other fandoms Iāve not done more than one fic for.
A Hat in Time
Beingverse (AU Tag)

-Summary: When Snatcher stealing Hat Kidās soul goes sideways, theyāre stuck in her body, while her unmoored soul rampages as it possesses Snatcherās own vessel. They need to set things right- if they can work together, that is. They grow closer in their adventures, including realizing that there is something far stranger to Snatcher than existing as a mere ghost.
-Lots of worldbuilding, found family of the brotherly Snatcher variety, and the more you learn of the titular Beings, including one of our main characters, the more you see why the AU is named for them.

The Thirteenth Crusade (AU Tag)

-Summary: Classic low-fantasy AU. Mu wishes to destroy the Mafia occupying her home island and terrorizing the townfolk, and will go so far as to ally with a dragon- one of mankindās enemies from the Crusadersā War seven centuries past- whose soul is trapped in a book in order to do so. Snatcher, for his part, just wants his body back, so he can find a child that was long lost to him during the war.

-Summary: The Twilight Bell is a trap, and itās alive. Hat Kid meets a part of it. Kind of a precursor/test phase to Beingverse concepts, youāll find the first explanations of Beings here.
Fear and Fable, All The Time That Passes:
-Status: Oneshots, complete.
-Summary: A pair of oneshots for @/doodledrawsthings ācoffee shopā au. First up is Lukaās late night forest stroll that ends with some hikers getting the scare of their lives- if not from him. Second is the trio finally having a successful ādate nightā now that they know their friend isnāt exactly human.
Love Language:
-Status: Oneshot, complete.
-Summary: For @/lemonadesodaās Hide and Seek verse! The translation software goes on the fritz for a bit, so Hat Kid and her adopted parents bond by learning each othersā native tongues.
Duality:

Thinking about sashannarcy today.... What if you went through something so traumatic it fundamentally changed you and you are essentially a war veteran for a world that doesn't exist anymore to anyone except for the two people who went through it with you. And then you slowly started losing each other and have to adjust in the real world by yourself, knowing there's no one else in this entire world who can understand what happened to you at the age of 13.

there are at least some very interesting setting consequences of nabateans being unhidden in regards to fodlans flavor of xenophobia being less outright racism (the god and demigod they worship arenāt even human) however the sense of religious superiority is astronomically higher. Lots of āwell OUR space alien dragon goddess has her children PHYSICALLY STILL AROUND making their mark on the world so CLEARLY you people are worshiping whispers and ideas instead of something Realā. Just rlly annoying about it.
As opposed to, say, Almyra, which is fucking huge and pretty pantheistic- if enough people worship it, a given god probably has at least a temple at the capital (Including Sothis!)

Rewatching Book 3 of ATLA and cringing at how dumb the Iroh fanservice plot twists are:
"Iroh lied about killing the last dragon before Zuko was born because he wanted to protect them! They actually deemed him pure of heart and worthy to learn the truest form of firebendingš„°" .......... even though he continued to be a violent general in an evil genocidal empire long after that...? I'm questioning the dragons' wisdom now.
"Actually Iroh and all the other old guys in the show are senior members of a super secret society working for the good of the world!!" ..... even though one of them flat out refused to teach the Avatar waterbending for misogynistic reasons, another refused to teach the Avatar firebending for personal reasons, and Iroh was an evil war general barely 6 years ago so I suppose he's only a recent member?
I love AtLA as much as anyone, but yeah it is, uh. Pretty abundantly clear that the White Lotus didn't exist in the writers' room until at least season two, and they didn't have a full idea of its role in the narrative probably until season three. The timeline on Iroh "Did A War Against All The Rest Of You" Azulonson joining and being trusted so high in the membership is also. Very questionable.
Which is all to say I think it would be perfect if we got to the season three end game and realized Iroh was actually still an errand boy initiate in the White Lotus. And Piandao pulls aside the main tent flap to reveal our Supreme Grand Lotus:
