some context: easthies is canonically known to be rather lazy regarding his looks; he doesn't really bother to tie his hair back or keep it out of his face for instance. garuga here has taken it upon himself to fix up that man proper for once

garuga: is noted to be satisfied eas: the sfx around him denotes that his hair was tied back rather tightly, or that he's been "cleaned up" the twins: are asking garuga to do them next (brush and tie their hair i presume). "next is me-! do me next!" "me too me too!" utowin: is essentially whining about not getting to experience the garuga hair special due to his hair being short. "eeeeeh, it's not faaaair [since you guys all have long hair]". considering his nature, i just think utowin wants to feel included rather than any real desire to have long hair lulucy: "what are you all fooling around for?"

it's pretty amusing that eas is such a stickler for the law, but can hardly take care of himself including his appearance (chapter 97 gives us a glimpse into this)

very strange to be a fan of a "classic" thing bc like. its overrated. its underrated. everyone knows OF it but its a toss up if theyve actually ever engaged with it. you want to talk to everyone about how good it is but its so culturally ingrained that everyone waves off your glowing review as "well duh, its [classic thing]". its dismissed and overlooked BECAUSE it is so good. you cant find anyone to talk to about it except for deranged ppl on tumblr bc the masses havent actively thought about it in 30 years. its been referenced in every form of media since it released. no one gives it a second thought. youre going crazy.
