One hundred percent honest terms, the blonde kind of had Shane pegged perfectly and given that he was pretty tired already it was growing increasingly hard to remind himself that that was why she was a successful criminal, because she could read people well and used their weaker points to her advantage. He had to actively remind himself that she was only saying the shit she was saying because she knew very well how it would crawl under his skin and entice him to a point of getting her where and what she wanted. But damn, she was good, and she was almost convincing even him. No. He had to stop even entertaining the idea of what she was saying, she was clearly crazy and he wasn’t going to let her get the upper hand, here.
He kept quiet, what else was he going to do? He was fucking exhausted and a part of him assumed that if he opened his mouth even with every intention of denying her requests for bribery, he would end up, instead, laying out some kind of stupid agreement. Her persistence was as convincing as it was aggravating at that point and in all truth, she had made some pretty good points as far as sleep went but as far as Shane was concerned, he was too agitated, now, to sleep anyway. Who the fuck did this girl think she was, thinking she could question his integrity that way? Offering him a bribery blowjob? It had been a while. It had been a damn long while. He’d hardly even had time for meaningless hookups as of lately, busy with work. He wondered how Lori and Rick kept their shit going, especially with all the tension that had risen as of lately. He probably couldn’t manage to keep things afloat like they had done.
At the first vacant road he found, Shane made a turn, pulling the car to an abrupt halt partway down it and turning to face her. “That how you think this is gonna go? You’re gonna try to tell me you’re not doing exactly what you’re doing, but I’m gonna let it slide cause you’re willing to suck my dick?” He got out of the car and then into the backseat with her. “That ain’t how this works, sweetheart. I’m a man of, uh, real moral integrity,” he informed her, adding, “I don’t take bribes. Yeah, that’s what this is. Ain’t as stupid as you think I am, either, I see what you’re doin’.” He held his ground, but truthfully, only a bit more pushing would get him where she wanted him to some extent.
Officer Walsh's silence really told Sarah everything that she needed to know – she had hit a nerve somewhere with him. Her habits while she was traveling from Nevada to Georgia had taught her where to press, how much to press, and what she could exactly get away with. It's how she hadn't managed to get herself murdered after all this time. Considering everything that she had gotten herself into, it's probably a bit amazing that she hadn't gotten herself murdered, or at the very least attacked. Whatever the reasoning was, she didn't much dwell on it. Figuring that the officer isn't about to snap and murder her, she licked her lips and cleared her throat.
“Yeah, it has been a while for you, hasn't it?” Sarah asked, sitting up just a bit in the backseat of the cop car. She knew that if he had looked up in his rearview mirror the only thing he'd get a sight of was her body – which was probably definitely no fair – but who said she was going to play fair? “That's a crying shame, because, see, Officer Walsh, you look like the type of guy that knows how to make a woman scream, how to make them beg for a sweet release.” She definitely wasn't lying about that. Officer Walsh did look like the type of guy who could make a woman scream, make them beg, make them squirm. Sure, she's most definitely trying to get out of being arrested and jailed, but she's not about to lie during it.
When the car stopped and he turned around to face her for a moment, Sarah was basically sure that she had won this battle. Every man she'd come across had a breaking point, it had seemed she had found his. Or she was about to be murdered. There's a first for everything. She didn't speak as he climbed out of the car and opened the backseat door, pulling her legs to the side slowly to make room for him. The only light is from the car and the moon, but she doesn't need much light to see the arousal in his eyes – or how tightened his uniform pants had gotten. Sarah cleared her throat and sat up a bit in the backseat, one leg curled under her and the other pressed against the floor of the car. “If you're a man of moral integrity, what are you doing in the backseat with me, hmm?” She asked. If she'd had her hands right now, this would make it so much easier, but she has a feeling her handcuffs aren't going anywhere. Sarah's mouth found Officer Walsh's ear, her teeth biting down on his earlobe. “I think you'd rather see what I can do, Officer.”
